The Ulterior Motive of ‘Progressive’ Science Pharisee Neil deGrasse Tyson
The scientific community has become an incredibly fitting analogue for the Pharisees of the New Testament. Arrogant, corrupt and self-righteous beyond description, these elitist clerics believed that since they were the earthly representatives of God according to Mosaic law, this made them above suspicion and beyond reproach.
This supposed infallibility is precisely what we observe in the deportment of numerous scientists. With regard to theories they espouse, these are often presented as incontrovertible fact, though they’ve been tainted by ideology, money, or they’re simply fallacious.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Last November, I reflected upon the extracurricular activities of physicist Lawrence M. Krauss, one of cable television’s favorite go-to guys in the area of theoretical physics. He’s also a very vocal atheist. Actually, I think the term anti-theist is more accurate, since Krauss advocates doing away with religion as quickly as possible, citing tried-and-true Marxist methodology, I might add.
Enter Neil deGrasse Tyson, another cable TV go-to guy and emerging rock star in the field of astrophysics. He also happens to be black, which, if you hadn’t noticed, can be advantageous if you’re trying to get millions of white people to do something.
Dr. deGrasse Tyson was severely taken to task by TruthRevolt.org last week for his assertion that journalists ought not question the conclusions of climate change scientists – in fact, he maintains that they should refrain from even reporting on any other theories than the anthropogenic (human-caused) climate change model.
Is that scientific?
I genuinely appreciated deGrasse Tyson’s discourses on astrophysics prior to discovering that he was just another over-educated shill for global socialism. Having enjoyed Carl Sagan’s 1980 television series “Cosmos,” naturally I tuned in to the 2014 follow-up, “Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey,” hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Sadly, I found the offering far too tainted with unsubtle theory-presented-as-fact and poorly-nuanced intimation to view more than a couple of installments. As deGrasse Tyson illustrated the marvels of space and time, one could almost hear what was between the scripted lines:
By the way, did I mention that there is no God, and we come from monkeys?
Oh, and did you know that religion is for Neolithic cave people and the inherently feeble-minded?
There was a lot of that, even a barb or two aimed at those who question the “accepted” climate change model.
Getting back to climate change: Even President Obama has declared that “the science is settled,” but if you aren’t inclined to believe our president who, despite the noblest of motives, holds no credentials in the field of climate science, you can put your full faith and credit in Neil deGrasse Tyson … who also holds no credentials in the field of climate science.
Wait a minute …
In the earlier column wherein I showcased Lawrence Krauss, I also noted that these progressive scientist-activists seem to be quite comfortable speaking on fields of study in which they hold no credentials whatsoever. I would imagine this is due to the extreme narcissism that is so prevalent among those on the left, particularly when they’re well-educated and of some prominence.
Our picture becomes clearer when we consider that climate change policy has done far more toward redistributing wealth and consolidating the left’s political power worldwide than it has done in preserving global climatic conditions – assuming that is even possible via human intervention.
Like the Pharisee, deGrasse Tyson has an ulterior motive, and so contends that there is no debate when it comes to “emergent scientific truths” vis-à-vis climate change.
With such declarations, scientists conspicuously omit the fact that many of the core studies upon which the anthropogenic climate change model is based were found to have been manipulated and agenda-driven – in short, fudged for reasons of political ideology.
At this juncture, it probably isn’t going to shock the reader who otherwise knows little about Neil deGrasse Tyson to learn that his father, Cyril deGrasse Tyson, was an academic and radical activist. Despite material success, and having been able to situate his family in the upscale enclave of Riverdale in the Bronx (in the 1950s no less, when even in liberal New York City, whites would rally to keep blacks out of such places), Cyril was working toward the inculcation of leftism in mainstream academia.
So, as captivating as he may be whilst discussing the stars in the sky, Neil deGrasse Tyson is just another phony Red Diaper Baby, scamming gullible liberals and “guilty” whites, like third-generation college-educated filmmaker Spike Lee, who readily dons the mantle of identification with “the oppressed” because he’s a Hollywood guy whose livelihood is tied to promoting the leftist orthodoxy on race.
It’s all part of the wider agenda: America’s subjugation by global socialists. This is illustrated by the blatant hypocrisy of the scientific community’s progressive Pharisees. In Neil deGrasse Tyson, we observe a celebrated scientist espousing the antithesis of the scientific method in favor of actualizing a political objective. It should be no surprise to us, since we recognize that this is about subjugation by global socialists, rather than saving the planet.
When people argue for the right to free speech of those who espouse progressivism, socialism, or even communism, it is based on a popular, but erroneous, construal of the First Amendment. This maintains that they have the right or freedom to believe what they like.
However, the actions of those who espouse progressivism, socialism and communism have long since strayed into the realm of conspiring to strip those very rights and freedoms from others. This they have no right nor freedom to do, in either the legal or the moral sense.
In light of this, those whom they would victimize in this way should consider no course of action off limits in preventing their victimization.
