Donald Trump has won the election. Mainstream media outlets are in shock and trying to save face. The Queen is dead.
Those of us in the alt-right “deplorable” media are feeling vindicated on levels you may not imagine. But many of you probably feel it too.
About 2 years ago Google, Facebook, Alexa and various other internet giants starting playing games with their algorithms and caused most conservative/independent news sites to see their traffic numbers crippled. They were trying to silence us. A pro-left agenda was in play.
Mainstream media had done it for years, but when the internet giants joined in the situation seemed hopeless. Suddenly we couldn’t get the word out because our stories were barely seen outside of our most loyal followers.
Still many of us forged on and you would not believe the feeling that it brought to me personally as I started to feel the win last night. I posted this status a few hours ago on my personal Facebook timeline, as well as The D.C. Clothesline page:
My hope is that Americans will finally tune out the mainstream media and begin to acknowledge those who are actually trying to bring truth to the masses.
2016 is a brand new ballgame and the dinosaur corporate media has been exposed.
Don’t forget that it was our friends at Fellowship of the Minds who helped us break stories like Newsweek pre-printing Madam President Collector’s Edition “trash can liners” (I’m sure the financial loss won’t hurt them) and sites like ours and Prison Planet who told America that the polls could not be trusted.
In the aftermath of this historic victory, I am asking you to support alternative media. Many sites, including my own, may not survive the next four years without a groundswell of support that we currently do not have.
This site started as a blog written by a few friends, became a top-tier/high-traffic internet site by mid-2013 and yet today we barely keep it afloat. I am truly sorry that the site is cluttered with ads. I never wanted to have my site look like a 1980s NASCAR reunion, but those of us that did not give up are simply doing what we have to do to survive.
I’m simply asking you to share our articles when you can and visit us when you can. The truth has come out on many fronts and whether this site survives, or not, we certainly helped, in a small way, to facilitate the biggest upset in American presidential election history.
I was a steel worker, not a journalist, before I started this site. The local factory shut down and we lost our jobs. So if I have to go back to punching a clock it’s perfectly OK. I will do whatever it takes to support my family.
And maybe some of those lost jobs will start to come back now.
The victory I was focused on has happened and no matter what the future holds I will always hold that close to my heart. We beat them at their own game and it feels so good. Thank You so much for bringing this victory to America. It was not just Trump who won this election, but the people who refused to lose and made it all happen. YOU were the deciding factor. He is but one man who was chosen by millions.
God Bless Donald Trump and God Bless America!
Congratulations America, your voice was too loud to silence in 2016.
I am so proud of you and forever in your debt.
