Will the 30,000 Lois Lerner Emails found show complicity in Obama’s Terrorist-tied Foundation?

See how all these scandals work together to keep people from being able to focus on one and bring it to resolve? Just one day after Barack Obama announced his unlawful and illegal executive actions regarding illegal aliens and on the same day that House Republicans filed their lawsuit against the Obama administration for abuses of executive authority concerning his unconstitutional health care law (instead of impeaching him), the Treasury Department’s inspector general told Congress that as many as 30,000 of Lois Lerner’s emails have been found. The question many are not asking is whether or not they might expose Lerner’s complicity in providing tax-exempt status for Barack Obama’s Foundation with ties to Islamic terror organizations.

The Washington Examiner reports:

The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system.

“They just said it took them several weeks and some forensic effort to get these emails off these tapes,” a congressional aide told the Washington Examiner.

The IRS, in a statement provided to the Examiner, said the agency and IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is fully cooperating with the investigation.

“As Commissioner Koskinen has stated, the IRS welcomes TIGTA’s independent review and expert forensic analysis.” The IRS statement said. “Commissioner Koskinen has said for some time he would be pleased if additional Lois Lerner emails from this time frame could be found.”

Committees in the House and Senate are seeking the emails, which they believe could show Lerner was working in concert with Obama administration officials to target conservative and Tea Party groups seeking tax-exempt status before the 2012 presidential election.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The emails allegedly span the time from 2009 to 2011, during which Lois Lerner was the head of the IRS’s exempt-organization’s division.

House Oversight Committee Darrel Issa (R-CA) said that the emails might take weeks before they are pulled, redacted and the ready to present to Congress.

“Though it is unclear whether TIGTA has found all of the missing Lois Lerner emails, there may be significant information in this discovery,” he said. “The Oversight Committee will be looking for information about her mindset and who she was communicating with outside the IRS during a critical period of time when the IRS was targeting conservative groups.”

He went on to blast the IRS for its lack of cooperation, which is now apparent more than ever. “This discovery also underscores the lack of cooperation Congress has received from the IRS,” Issa said. “The agency first failed to disclose the loss to Congress and then tried to declare Lerner’s emails gone and lost forever. Once again it appears the IRS hasn’t been straight with Congress and the American people.”

Additionally, the Senate Finance Committee, which has been conducting an investigation into the IRS’ treatment of conservative groups and it expects to wrap up in early 2015, will also be looking at the information, according to aides.

If you recall, the IRS claimed that her emails were irretrievable due to a hard drive crash, even though the IRS used an outside organization to backup all their emails during the time in question.

However, several reports came out in which the Department of Justice admitted that the alleged “missing” emails existed and that Lois Lerner printed out many of the infamous emails.

While the targeting of conservatives is one of the main issues that has been pointed out by both liberal and conservative outlets, there is also another potential threat in her emails.

Lerner was the one who helped, approved and signed off tax exempt status for one of Barack Hussein Obama’s foundations, which has known Islamic terrorist ties for Barack Obama’s brother Malik, who is financially tied to the Muslim Brotherhood. Even the left leaning Washington Post had to admit this.

Ben Barrack notes:

It is clear that the IRS suddenly went into hyperactive mode with respect to dotting “i’s” and crossing “t’s” almost immediately after NLPC’s complaint. Malik’s tax exempt status was fast tracked and illegally backdated.

On June 26, 2011 Malik’s Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF) was awarded tax exempt status; Lerner’s signature is at the bottom of the approval letter.

Possibly an indication of just how covert the approval process needed to be is the fact that June 26, 2011 was ON A SUNDAY!

So far, despite House Ways and Means Committee member Mike Kelly (R-PA) admitting last year that the explosive charges against Lerner and the President’s brother are “spot on,” neither Kelly’s committee nor the House Oversight Committee has pursued this damning trail of evidence.

Ms. Lerner didn’t appreciate Jason Mattera questioning her about her targeting of American conservative groups applying for tax exempt status. I wonder how she would feel about being confronted over granting tax exempt status to the chief executive’s foundation which supports Islamic jihad in the world?

Is not aiding and abetting the known enemies of America just as bad, if not worse, than targeting US citizens by using the unconstitutional IRS? I think so.
