A week ago we brought you the story of Dr. Jumana Nagarwala, an emergency room doctor at Henry Ford Hospital, where she was supposed to be healing and helping people.
Dr. Ngarwala, was found to be performing “clitoridectomy” (female genital mutilation) on little girls whose parents brought them in to be carved apart. Sadly, the practice of female genital mutilation is becoming far more common in the United States, and it has much to do with the decision by new migrants from the Muslim world to not assimilate.
Now another Michigan Doctor has been arrested for performing the disgusting procedureson little girls in the Midwest.
Doctor Fakhruddin Attar and wife Farida were arrested Friday near Detroit for conspiring to commit and aiding in female genital mutilation [FGM] of girls as young as six-years-old. The Attars allegedly allowed the procedure to be carried in their Livonia medical clinic. Mrs. Attar even held the hands of the girls screaming in pain.
According to the criminal complaint from the Department of Justice, the couple conspired with Detroit emergency room doctor Jumana Nagarwala.
The criminal complaint against the group reads like a horror show:
Of course, neither of the Doctors will admit to their crimes, and both have argued that their “crimes” were no crimes at all but simply a religious ritual.
Which makes the entire proceeding all the more worrisome – these people embrace the mutilation of little girls as a religious ritual and they cannot give up the practice because it is part and parcel of their religious fervor. If the incoming immigrant population will not assimilate, there is simply no way that they will abandon their most closely held religious practices. Even more disturbing is the truth that while female genital mutilation is disgusting, even horrific, it’s not the worst of the Islamic religious practices. Suicide bombings, slavery, the legal rape of prisoners taken in battle, all of these things are also part of their closely held religious beliefs.
