Are the States being overrun by a Federal Domestic Occupation Force?

As one traces back recent history, you find a noticeable increase in the scope and size of the numerous protests levied against the Federal Government, the Ammon Bundy incident in Oregon just being the latest. The common thread that runs through the individuals and groups who assemble to protest is the claim that the Federal Government is basically an occupation force—a force that uses threats and intimidation to exact their will against the population.

The claims of federal occupation by the protesters is not without merit, as numerous Constitutional scholars have determined that the spirit of the contract that the Federal Government has with the individual states is not being met. Nowhere is this fact more evident than in the Western United States: specifically, a state like Nevada that has an astonishing 86% of its land controlled by the Federal Government. No, that’s not a typo. 86% of Nevada’s land is controlled by the Feds. This is not what was at all intended.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

According to my contacts who know Constitutional law, the original intent was for the Feds to act as a custodian for the state’s property until the individual state could elect a legislature, form counties and townships and be able to manage their land themselves. Like everything else, the original intent got lost once those in power became aware that there is over 50 trillion dollars’ worth of resources buried underground in those same areas out West that they controlled. And this formula of threats and intimidation is not new, as one rancher has been dealing with similar criminality for over 20 years.

Wayne Price can tell you a lot about the “Stasi-like” operations of the Feds, specifically those of the US Forest Service and the BLM. Wayne went up against the Feds 20 years ago; before alternative media and widespread protests were the norm. Take the time to listen to the video or podcast of Wayne Price’s story below.
