Cook County Mayor: Bring In UN Peace-Keeping Forces To Solve Chicago Genocide

If you can’t find an example of government lunacy in your local area, you aren’t looking very hard.

But, just in case you are one of the luckiest citizens in the united States where your local government is constitution abiding, you can look to Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, in particular, to find the most lunatic county commissioner ever – Richard Boykin.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

What makes Boykin a raving lunatic is his solution for solving the outrageous murder rate in Chicago, Cook County.

Boykin suggested that United Nations Peacekeeping forces (an oxymoron to be sure) be sent to the Illinois county to combat what he terms “quiet genocide.”

According to CBS Chicago affiliate, Channel 2:

Boykin was traveling to New York to meet with Oscar Fernandez-Taranco of Argentina, the U.N. Assistant Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Support, to seek international help with “horrific levels of shootings” and other violent crime in West Side and South Side communities.

“I’m hoping to appeal to the U.N. to actually come to Chicago and meet with victims of violence, and maybe even possibly help out in terms of peacekeeping efforts, because I think it’s so critical for us to make sure that these neighborhoods are safe,” Boykin said at O’Hare International Airport on Thursday.

Boykin said leaders in Chicago and Cook County have failed to protect many communities from violent crime.

Yes, the US city with some of the toughest gun control laws in the nation admits that “government” cannot protect its citizens.

But, instead of easing the unconstitutional gun control laws to allow citizens to exercise their God-given individual unalienable rights to protect their life, liberty and property, Boykin instead resorts to criminal activity (going to a international organization to call for foreign troops to occupy an American city) in an “effort” to keep neighborhoods safe.

Here is what Boykin said about UN Peacekeeping forces.

“There is a quiet genocide taking place in too many of our communities. Eighty percent of those who are being killed by gun violence are African American, and often killed at the hands of another African American,” he said. “So we must protect these population groups, and that’s what the United Nations does. They’re a peacekeeping force. They know all about keeping the peace, and so we’re hopeful that they’ll hear our appeal.”

“They’ve been able to help in places like Africa and abroad, where they’ve sent troops in and sent forces in to help protect minority and vulnerable populations, and so quite frankly I think the same can be said for here in Chicago,” Boykin said. “I’m talking about physical security. I’m also talking about maybe suggestions for what we can do in Chicago to help protect our minority populations. We’re being, again, decimated by the violence that we see here in Chicago. I mean this is really a genocide, and we have to do something to stop it.”

Boykin is under some delusion that UN Peacekeeping forces are some altruistic entity, which is the furthest thing from the truth there is.

His solution is not to ease unconstitutional government restrictions upon the citizens of Chicago, Cook County, but subject those citizens to the brutality of UN Peacekeeping forces.

Lunacy is as lunacy does.

Alex Newman, writing for The New American, documented the “altruism” of UN Peacekeeping forces that Boykin boisterously supports occupying the streets of Chicago.

Under the guise of stopping “gun violence” and “genocide,” a fringe County Commissioner in Cook County, Illinois, went to New York City to request that the United Nations deploy “peacekeeping” troops in Chicago. Seriously. These would be the same ruthless soldiers who have come under fire around the world for systemic rape of childrenspreading deadly diseases, murdering unarmed protestersoverthrowing elected leaderswaging war on Africans who did not want to live under a Soviet-backed dictator, and countless other atrocities — especially atrocities targeting black people, and always perpetrated with impunity.

In reality, the UN’s “peacekeeping” schemes have resulted in the widespread rape and killing of black people all over the world by UN forces. The UN’s first major “peace” mission, for example, involved bombing and slaughtering civilians in Katanga, who had declared independence to avoid living under a barbarous Soviet-backed dictator, until they were brutally massacred into submission. The horrifying ordeal featured UN war planes bombing hospitals, UN troops bayoneting young children, and a wide range of other well-documented atrocities perpetrated against civilians. A documentary about it can be seen here.

Unfortunately, since then, the UN’s “peacekeeping” track-record has not improved. In a UN-occupied town in the Ivory Coast, for example, a recent survey by Save the Children revealed that eight out of 10 underage girls admitted to being regularly raped and sexually abused by UN troops. The elected, Christian president of that nation was later overthrown by savage UN-backed jihadists who butchered thousands of innocent Christians with machetes to install a totalitarian Muslim central banker — and all that after the Ivorian Supreme Court ruled that the Christian won the election.

The UN atrocities and brutality have also been documented in HaitiMali, Central African Republic (CAR), Congo, Somalia, and virtually every other country occupied by UN troops. Estimates suggest there have been some 60,000 victims of rape and sexual abuse by UN officials over the last decade, based on the UN’s own figures. Adding insult to injury, thanks to diplomatic immunity, almost none of the perpetrators have ever been punished. Instead, the UN has developed a sordid reputation for terrorizing the whistleblowers who try to stop the pedophilia, rape, and abuse.

For perspective, a look at the UN’s brutal occupation of Haiti shows what it might be like to have UN peacekeepers in Chicago — murder of unarmed civilian protesters, UN-spread diseases killing thousands and sickening hundreds of thousands, the kidnapping of children as young as eight for child sex rings run by deranged UN officers, and more. All of this has been thoroughly documented. Without question, many other crimes perpetrated by UN forces remain hidden, for now.

Boykin evidently missed the debacle of the United Nations when it named dictator, mass-murderer, Marxist Robert Mugabe as a “goodwill ambassador,” proving the international organization supports “leaders” who enslave and murder their own countrymen.

While the UN withdrew the nomination, the organization continues a pattern of supporting these Mugabe types over those who advocate for freedom and liberty.

In a nutshell, Boykin is admitting that government is incapable of stopping the black on black homicide problem they themselves created with their dictatorial mandates to deny individuals of their God-given rights to defend themselves.

Boykin never addresses how the city with some of the toughest gun control laws in the republic has an increased incidence of homicide and gang violence by criminals using guns.

Chicago should be a liberal utopian example of how gun control works;  instead, it is a lesson in the futility of gun control.

Gun control only empowers government control over the law-abiding citizen.

It does nothing to stem criminals.  In fact, with gun control, government quickly loses any ground it has to decreasing crime and homicide.

Bat-guano crazy Boykin advocates UN Peacekeeping forces on behalf of his community of Austin, which has seen 450 individuals shot and 80 killed this year alone.

“In my community of Austin, we’ve had 450 people shot, and 80 people killed this year alone, and so we have to do more to protect these communities, and that’s what we’re going to do. If we can’t get it done here with the leaders of the city, the state, and the county working together to utilize their budgets to help protect these communities, then I have to appeal to a higher authority, and a higher force,” Boykin said.

The meeting at the U.N. has been in the works for more than a month.

“Quite frankly, we can’t wait until the mayor comes up with another 1,000 police to try to make the streets safer. Quite frankly, the people want to be safe right now in their homes and their neighborhoods, and we want to make sure that they’re safe,” Boykin said.

What is more of a “higher authority” – We the People or the United Nations?

According to Boykin, the United Nations is the “higher authority” over We the People who created our federal government establishing this republic.

An organization that cares little for God-given individual unalienable rights, freedom of the people to choose their leaders, and their forces committing atrocious crimes during unlawful occupations is Boykin’s first choice to solve a problem created by local government.

Instead of empowering the people, Boykin chooses to subject his constituents to a force known worldwide for committing atrocious crimes as a solution.

The question that burns in the mind is why has Boykin not been arrested for violation of the law?

How is it that he thinks he can run to the United Nations, as a local government official, with impunity?  Boykin should resign.

If not, he should be removed from office, charged with a crime, and stand trial for that crime.

If convicted, he should receive the maximum punishment according to the law.

Alderman Jason Ervin of the 28th ward rejects Boykin’s solution since Chicago is not a war zone and military intervention is not the answer.

Ervin suggests the solution is an economic one – jobs and investment.

How about government officials recognize that gun control doesn’t work and repeal ridiculous gun control laws that only affect law-abiding citizens?

Funny, that never enters the mind of those who seek to control free people.

It has been shown that cities with brutal gun control laws are suffering crime rates higher than the rest of the republic.

Yet, that never comes up either.

It is unlikely that Chicago, Cook County, will ever see UN Peacekeeping forces roaming the streets.

However, it should alarm residents of this area that one of their elected officials would even contemplate inviting criminal foreign troops into the area.  Residents should also be alarmed the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations would even accept Boykin’s invitation under one circumstance – completion of a global study regarding youth and violence.

The UN Assistant Secretary-General stated he would be glad to accept the invitation and speak with Boykin about the results or he could be invited by the US mission to the UN.

All of this is more like “political grandstanding” by Boykin who is hoping his constituents see this “move” as “thinking outside the box” instead of what it really is — a way to hide his own incompetence to occupy his elected position.

Boykin is absurd in pursuing this avenue since American citizens would not accept foreign occupation of an American city by UN “Peacekeeping” forces – a misnomer and oxymoron to be sure – or any other international military force.

It would be considered an “invasion” and an act of war.

The Constitution for the united States of America prohibits any State from “entering into any agreement or compact with another State, or with a foreign power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit delay.”

It is safe to say that local officials are prohibited from contacting a body consisting of “foreign powers.”

So, why is Boykin still in his position and not in handcuffs?  If Boykin believes there is “such imminent danger as will not admit delay,” he should advocate for these local government officials to get off their proverbial duff, repeal gun control, empower the people, uphold God-given individual unalienable rights, then sit back and watch crime decline, not solicit foreign troops to occupy an American city.

But, their heads would probably explode by even considering the rational, constitutional solution.
