Hillary Ordered Staffers to Break Law with Classified Documents

This long drawn out process of checking Hillary’s emails continues. It seems to be the most divisive of topics. Those on the Left herald her as a hero and those on the Right as a crook. I have reported that at the very least she has been guilty of bad judgement, and that most likely she has broken the law. And now it seems that there is a smoking gun to prove this is the case.

Breitbart reports:

The latest Hillary Clinton document dump occurred in the wee hours of Friday morning, and contains what appears to be a smoking-gun revelation: Clinton ordering her aides to strip the classification markings from confidential material and retransmit it using unsecure methods.

Now, this is probably something that this generation does not understand. Since Hillary was in charge of how things were done, how sensitive information was handled falls to her. So, even if she had not given this order, she is guilty. But, being that she gave the order, it is going to be hard for the Left or even Hillary’s lawyers to explain.

CBS reports:

On the campaign trail, the presidential candidate has insisted that no classified information was sent or received through her private email server.

But in one email exchange between Clinton and staffer Jake Sullivan from June 17, 2011, the then-secretary advised her aide on sending a set of talking points by email when he had trouble sending them through secure means.

Part of the exchange is redacted, so the context of the emails is unknown, but at one point, Sullivan tells Clinton that aides “say they’ve had issues sending secure fax. They’re working on it.”

Clinton responds, “If they can’t, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure.”

Clinton appears to be telling Sullivan to send secure or classified documents over an unsecure email. This is not only foolish, it is treasonous. Of course, CBS has tried to come to Clinton’s rescue.

CBS added:

It’s unclear whether the talking points themselves contained classified information. Typically, talking points are used for unclassified purposes (e.g. speaking with the media). But in some cases, the material contained in such memos may still be sensitive — especially if the report originates from intelligence agencies.

So, why would these documents need to be sent through secure fax if they were not secure? Do we waste paper and time sending non-secure information over secure fax? This is clearly an effort by CBS to soften the indication of this information. They wish to keep public opinion against the top Democratic Presidential Candidate down. But that is getting harder and harder to do.

Fox reports:

All but one of the 66 messages have been labeled “confidential”, the lowest level of classification. The remaining email has been labeled as “secret.” The total number of classified emails found on Clinton’s personal server has risen to 1,340 with the latest release. Seven of those emails have been labeled “secret.”

Clinton had claimed that none of her emails contained secret or classified material. As we saw with her husband when he was President, there is no moral limit to these people. They want power and do not care what they have to do to get or keep that power.

The next question to be answered is how long will the FBI be able to ignore this clear breaking of the law?
