Hungary’s Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, has named billionaire George Soros as “public enemy” of the people.
Orban’s comments come as his country campaign’s to investigate what Soros has been doing through his various funded organizations operating inside Hungary that are attempting to influence the policies of the Hungarian government.
Yahoo News reports:
The campaign would be to investigate public views on the “Soros plan”, and would likely be launched next month, government spokesman Bence Tuzson told public radio, without giving further details.
Last week a top official in the ruling Fidesz party, Lajos Kosa, said that this “Soros plan” includes Europe accepting a million migrants per year and the demolition of Hungary’s anti-migrant border fences.
A national consultation earlier this year also focused on Soros, seen as a liberal bogeyman by Budapest who funds a raft of civil society groups in central and eastern Europe.
An image of the 87-year-old laughing adorned billboard posters alongside a message urging Hungarians “not to let Soros have the last laugh”.
The drive is the latest of a series of taxpayer-funded “national consultations” by Orban’s government comprising questionnaires sent to households and accompanying mass media “public information” campaigns.
As for Orban, this is not the first time he has called out George Soros by name.
Back in June, Orban said that the peace in Europe was threatened by George Soros’ “mafia network.”
Orban said in April that Soros had “ruined” the lives of millions of people and he believes in large measure that Soros is behind the influx of Muslim migrants that have invaded his country.
To that end, Orban has taken measures to protect his people with stunning results.
Orban basically gave the finger to Brussels recognizing that it was his responsibility to defend his own people, not the responsibility of the EU.
Guess what happened?
As we reported earlier this week, illegal immigration fell by over 99%!
But setting the cost issue aside, as evidenced by the Hungary numbers, barriers actually do the heavy work of keeping people out.
Hungary’s wall was built over two years ago, and the flood of people illegally entering the country has all but stopped.
Speaking on the second anniversary of the government’s move to seal Hungary’s border with Serbia — which is also an external border for the European Union — Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s Chief Security Advisor György Bakondi announced that the fences have caused illegal immigration to collapse from 391,000 in 2015, to 18,236 in 2016, to just 1,184 in 2017.
“The system of technical barriers is the key to the success of border security, and without it, it would be impossible to stop the mass arrival of immigrants”, the security chief explained. –Hot Air
Hungary is not the only country dealing with Soros currently.
Soros is currently facing a $10 billion lawsuit for manipulating politics and economics in Guinea.
Meanwhile government watchdogs in the US are seeking information on how our own government has been involved with funding Soros’ Open Society Foundation.
In August of last year, it was revealed the Soros funded lobbyists in DC to sway politics more in the first half of 2017 that all of 2016 and that his son, Alexander, has given tens of thousands of dollars to the Democratic National Committee and various Democrats, according to Federal Election Commission records.
Just last month, I reported on the fact that more than 60,000 people have been calling on the Trump administration to designate him a terrorist.
In all his years since his involvement with the Nazis in Germany, Soros has remained an unrepentant man and has stated as such. He is not looking for the best for mankind, but rather the best for himself.
His time is running out, he should seek the Lord while He may be found and perhaps avert an eternity that he is not ready to experience.
