Let’s Get Ready to Rumble!

While most politically aware Americans are focused on the upcoming fight for the Presidency in 2016, the big fight has already begun. It’s kind of amusing that it’s usually the liberal media that loves to push a narrative of how the opposing party is mired in internal battles. Well, guess what folks? This time it’s our turn to sit back and watch what should prove to be the mother of all wars.

Let’s not forget that 2008 wasn’t that long ago (it only feels like an eternity). It was one of the most hotly contested primaries in recent history. It was also one of the ugliest on record. In fact, it was so ugly, that America hasn’t seen the end of Hillary Clinton vs. Barrack Obama. Somewhere Michael Buffer is warming up his vocal chords for this one.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

In case you didn’t recognize her (it has been 28 days since she talked to the media), that was the presumptive candidate finally answering a question on her emails. Wouldn’t it be something if a GOP candidate could get away with that? Anyway, Hillary took a shot across the bow of the State Department, and it’s highly likely they will return fire. When this whole mess first came about, she was quick to throw it in the lap of the State Department by sending out a tweet “I want the public to see my email. I asked State to release them. They said they will review them for release as soon as possible.” Ah yes, the Clintons……..they’re back!

When then unknown Senator Barack Obama first entered the scene, Hillary Clinton paid him little attention. After all, it was her turn. Then things started to get interesting. Former President Bill Clinton allegedly told Senator Ted Kennedy, “a few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.” Kennedy was reported to be so upset that he changed his endorsement to Barack Obama. Even the liberal media turned against the Clintons, calling Bill a racist. Not too long after that, Hillary was left in the dust of the Democratic nomination.

So, here’s what I’m going to do. I’m getting me a big ole’ bag of popcorn, and my favorite beverage, and I’m going to sit down and watch the fight of the millennium! If there’s one thing we’ve learned about the current president over the last 6 years, it’s this: This guy has the thinnest skin, he tolerates zero criticism, and he seems to enjoy needling his opponents. Make no mistake, Hillary Clinton will most definitely get under his skin during this campaign, and make no mistake that Barack Obama will fire back with all he has. Ladies and gentlemen……let’s get ready to rumble!
