National Impeach Obama Week

It is time for John Boehner to pull out his pen, gather a group of attorneys and file another lawsuit against Obama for violation of the law. As has been reported, Obama violated the law when he failed to notify Congress of the exchange of 5 Taliban prisoners held in Guantanamo Bay for one army deserter, Bowe Bergdahl. Not surprisingly, the GAO found that the Anti-Deficiency Act was also violated when $988,000 was spent on the exchange using funds that were “beyond those available through appropriations.”

Boehner’s suit against Obama involves the latter’s overreach in usurping power through executive order. As has been stated by Boehner in the past, “I disagree with impeachment.” Establishment Republicans have also indicated, “Impeachment is off the table.” So, there is definitive proof through the GAO investigation that Obama has violated the law, despite what excuses he gave for doing so. Of course, Obama is good at violating the law; he has done it in the past to resounding silence from the legislative body.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

But, the legislative body is no longer silent, as Boehner and Republicans push on with their lawsuit to “make” the president adhere to the Constitution. Obama responds with “So, sue me” and “you’re suing me for doing my job… really?” Unconcerned, Obama vacations in Martha’s Vineyard stopping his golf game to comment on the beheading of an American journalist.

Many individuals calling themselves conservatives, patriots and supporters of the Constitution have backed this unconstitutional lawsuit, instead of supporting and upholding the remedy of impeachment contained in the Constitution for an out of control executive. Excuses abound from these individuals and elected officials alike on why impeachment cannot be forthcoming. Everyone agrees Obama has violated the law and needs to be held accountable for all of his illegal, unconstitutional, criminal actions – no doubt about it. There is a parting of the ways when it comes to the “lawful” manner in which to deal with the criminal in chief. The Constitution provides for the remedy of impeachment; it does not provide for a “lawsuit.”

But, beginning today, August 23, 2014, groups and organizations across the country are banding together for what is being called, National Impeach Obama Week. According to their website, this will be a nine-day protest with scheduled events taking place in all 50 states and Washington, DC. Many events are being held at state capitols and major city town halls; however, the site recommends not driving long distances to protest, instead protesting where you are. The groups suggest writing your elected representatives to demand impeachment, conviction and removal from office.

Participating groups and supporters include Impeach Obama Now Coalition, Stand for Liberty, One Nation Under Fraud, Texas Patriots Unite, and Tea Party Patriots of Brookhaven. These groups represent varying political views, but they all agree that Obama “must be exposed and removed from office, not that we necessarily agree on all issues or reasons to impeach.” Regardless of their differing views on the reasons and issues to impeach Obama, these groups have set those aside to come together in a common goal – calling for the lawful remedy under the Constitution to deal with an out-of-control, criminal, lawless president.

Of course, this group is not without criticism and the website provides further insight into their actions.

For those who say we are hurting the Republican Party, we are not doing this for the purpose of supporting the Republican party. We are doing it to support the Constitution and the Law. If our supporting of the Constitution hurts the Republican Party, then so be it.

These groups are not bickering about what is impeachable. They are declaring that Obama is a criminal and a traitor deserving removal from office for the following list of reasons

-Governing by dictatorial fiat with lawless executive orders targeting Amnesty, Obamacare, gun regulation, etc.;

-Waging illegal wars without the constitutionally-required approval from Congress;

-Assassination of three American citizens without due process via drone bombings;

-Use of the IRS as a weapon against his perceived political enemies;

-Unprecedented snooping by the NSA on American citizens;

-Blatantly lying to the American People about the Benghazi attack, Obamacare, etc. for political reasons;

-Supporting Al Qaeda and other Jihadist terrorists in Syria and elsewhere;

-Encouraging massive numbers of illegal aliens to enter the US for his own perverse political reasons;

-Bizarre and erratic behavior, which implies psychological pathology;

-Forgery of his identification documents to make it appear that he is eligible for office;

-Constitutional ineligibility for the office that he holds;

-Overall radical and subversive anti-American background, which is confirmed by his actions in office.

Of course, there are many other violations that could be added, but these are the ones the varied groups agree warrant the impeachment of Obama.

The site indicates this is a volunteer, non-partisan effort, citing that many supporters of the impeachment of Obama are also independents, leftists, Democrats and other non-conservative groups.

The websites slogan states it all, “Because it’s not just bad government, but subversion and treason.”

Individuals are welcome to organize their own protests in their local areas and post to the website, citing that no previous experience in organizing is required. Protest tips can be found here. The site even provides downloadable images that can be used while protesting.

It can take time to build momentum leading to large protests in support of the Constitution and the remedy of impeachment. Recognizing this, the group intends to schedule another mass protest near the mid-term elections.

Right now, the US federal government is operating as though there is very little of the Constitution remaining that governs this country. Continued support for unconstitutional remedies, regardless of party affiliation, is a detriment to maintaining the Supreme Law of the Land. Those who do support unconstitutional remedies are assisting the establishment and the left in undermining the Constitution and the rule of law.

Varied groups, who do not agree on all issues or reasons for impeachment, have come together, placing aside their petty differences, to demand, in unison, support for the Constitution by the legislative body of these United States. The Constitutional remedy for an out-of-control executive is impeachment. There is no other. Even some Democrats and leftists are seeing this, so why are some “conservatives” having issues with it? Pseudo-conservatives and others who continue to support the unconstitutional lawsuit are not helping and, in fact, are assisting with the undermining of the Constitution and usurpation of the law by the federal government.

Our Constitution has been trashed and used like toilet paper because Americans have allowed it, and continue to allow it, by supporting unconstitutional measures, laws and government based on whatever notion is being fed to them at the time. America, it is time to stop. In fact, it is past time to stop. Citizens of this country need to support the Constitution in its entirety. Show your support for the Constitution and its remedy.

If you are unwilling to support the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America, then what are you willing to support, as it certainly is not the law?
