Nigeria’s Military Defeats Muslim Terrorist Boko Haram And Rescues Hundreds Of Women

Nigeria’s military rescued 234 more girls and women out of the estimated 2000 girls from a Boko Haram stronghold in a forest in the northeast part of the country, it announced on social media Saturday.

The kidnapping Boko Haram does is not only for sexual slavery, but for indoctrination of these girls into becoming Islamic jihadists.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

This brings the number of females declared rescued this week to more than 677, none of which appear to be the Chibok girls captured last April, whom Michelle Obama, Rihanna, and Ellen DeGeneres helped #BringBackOurGirls become an international rallying cry.

Several of these girls, who were brainwashed into Islam, in fact, resisted the rescue mission and even shot at the rescuers, The Associated Press quoted a military spokesman as saying. It is, therefore, suspected that some of them might now identify with Boko Haram after captivity and forced marriages.

Shoebat.com reported in March that “Nigerian troops have overpowered five hundred Muslim terrorists in battle and have killed them” and that they were planning to do more since there was a “decision by authorities to proclaim a state of emergency, but also by the dedication of the population who did not hesitate to denounce accomplices.”

As it seems, the Nigerian military kept its promise to thwart Boko Haram’s efforts from establishing its Islamic State in Nigeria and is getting at its last strongholds. However, Shoebat.com also reported testimony from Nigerian Bishop Emmanuel Badejo of Oyo, Nigeria, who said that: “The United States actually said it would help Nigeria with Boko Haram only if we modify our laws concerning homosexuality, family planning, and birth control.” (see also here)

There is a seeming contradiction in U.S. policy towards Nigeria. On the one hand, Michelle Obama asks to help Nigeria, while on the other, her husband’s policies does otherwise.
