Call my critical if you like, but where in the Constitution does the president have authority to designate monuments? However, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, the usurper-in-chief, decided to celebrate his newly designated monuments by tweeting pictures of the wrong monuments.
Obama created the Bears Ears and Gold Butte national monuments. However, he tweeted out pictures of the Three Gossips at Arches National Park, which was created in 1929.
It was Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) that caught the error and blasted the administration
Utah Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch’s staff noticed the mistake and unleashed a storm of tweets criticizing the Obama administration’s error.
Hatch is not a supporter of unilaterally creating national monuments and neither is our Constitution.
If you're going to take 1.3M acres of Utah land, at least use the right photo. This is Arches not #BearsEars. #utpol https://t.co/F6iIKEsegE

Hatch was not the only representative to poke fun at Obama’s error. Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) also put his two cents’ worth in.
Classic. @WhiteHouse pic is Arches not monuments. Couldn't find a pic of Bears Ears & doesn't even know where it is. #WorstPresidentEver https://t.co/odaZQoQP4B

While Arches National Park and Bears Ears National Monument are about 2.5 hours away from each other, there are distinctly different in terms of their geological features.
On Wednesday, Obama announced the creation of the 1.47 million acre Bears Ears National Monument without any constitutional authority to do so.
The “authority” comes from the 1906 Antiquities Act, which again, supplies the executive branch with power from Congress it was never intended to have. That authority is now being abused. This is exactly why the framers of the Constitution did not grant it and limited land owned by the central government to 10 square miles and land obtained by state legislatures for specific purposes, none of which were to be considered national parks or monuments.
“Today’s actions will help protect this cultural legacy and will ensure that future generations are able to enjoy and appreciate these scenic and historic landscapes,” Obama said in a statement Wednesday.
Neither Utah representatives nor DC Utah representatives nor American Indians in the area.
Well, as long as you will poke fun at a tweet with the wrong picture but fail to bring justice against a fraud in the people’s White House, you are going to continually be shown who is running things, no matter how right you may be. I suggest senators Hatch and Chaffetz actually bring about some resolve to things like Operation Fast and Furious, the IRS targeting, Benghazi, Extortion 17, or the fraudulent birth certificate residing on the White House website. That would be much better use of their time.
