Self-Proclaimed Conservative Tomi Lahren Says She is Pro-Baby Murder – Here’s Why She is Wrong

Tomi Lahren, host of “Tomi” on The Blaze, recently came out and said that she is all for the “right” to murder unborn babies.  OK, she didn’t use those words, but then what person who claims to be “pro-choice” actually speaks about what the choice involves?  Isn’t it the gruesome murder of the unborn, the taking of life?  Absolutely, and this is where Lahren didn’t want to go, but does so anyway.

The women of The View had Lahren on and said that she called herself a “conservative Republican” and a “constitutional conservative,” but said that she considered herself “pro-choice,” which the host said, “which is interesting to me, since 68% of conservative Republicans think that abortion should be illegal across the board.”

Well, that’s right, because it is not just a choice made, but pre-meditated murder!

“I’m pro-choice, and here’s why,” Lahren said.  “I’m a constitutional, you know, someone that loves the Constitution.  I’m someone that’s for limited government.”

“So, I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say, ‘I’m for limited government, but I think government should decide what women do with their bodies’.  I can sit here and say that as a Republican, and I can say, ‘You know what?  I’m for limited government, so stay out of my guns and you can stay out of my body, as well.”

Right there, she just named every person that believes in limited government and in protecting the life of unborn children hypocrites.  Shame on you Ms. Lahren!  You are the real hypocrite here as you cannot possibly be a conservative or Constitutionalist and be for the murder of the unborn.

Lahren claims that she gets “attacked” from conservative women all the time, and rightly so.  She, like many of her stripe, do not think biblically or lawfully about the function of government.  The function of government is to punish the evil doer and to praise the good, period (Romans 13:1-5).

First, Lahren doesn’t have a leg to stand on when she claims that the murder of the unborn is something government should have no say so about.  Our own Publius Huldah has dealt with the constitutional issue of abortion, as well as marriage and homosexuality as rights under the 14th Amendment and has determined:

Is anything about abortion, homosexual contact, or marriage “expressly contained” in the U.S. Constitution? No! Those words and concepts do not appear at all in the U.S. Constitution.

Since the U.S. Constitution contains no grant of power over abortion, homosexuality, or marriage to the federal government; and since Art. I, Sec. 10 does not prohibit the exercise of authority over those objects to the States, authority over them remains with the STATES or the People!

Now, from a biblical perspective, Lahren claims to be a Christian.  She has defined herself as a Christian conservative. In 2016, Lahren said:

Conservative to me means someone that has an appreciation for the Constitution, that has an appreciation for a limited government and has an appreciation of our nation’s founding and our history. That also means a lot of our values are rooted in the Christian faith and I’m proud to be a Christian, but I think that also in recent years we’ve deviated from that somewhat and I don’t think that’s entirely a bad thing.

Think about that for a moment.  She is proud to be a Christian, but doesn’t see deviating from Christianity as “entirely a bad thing.”

Here’s why it’s a problem.  We already see she can’t be pro-baby murder in the Constitution.  The law of God is aligned with our true Preamble to the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence.  In God’s law, we are commanded:

You shall not murder.

Lahren does not consider this when she makes the statements regarding murder of the unborn.  There is not God-given right to murder the unborn, just as there is no God-given right to worship false gods. However, Lahren claims she has a different “truth,” her “truth,” which is definitely not biblical truth.

Well, I don’t think she is being honest or she would call pro-choice what it is, the choice to murder one’s baby, right?  That would be honest.  Lahren is not doing that.  She claims it’s something about a woman’s body, but the woman’s body is not the one dismembered, decapitated, burned with solutions, flushed down the toilet or tossed in a trash can, is it Ms. Lahren?

She did go on to claim that she was not “glorifying abortion,” nor “personally advocating” for it, but said it was not government’s place to dictate.

Well, look, anyone can choose to do whatever they want to do. That is a given.  People choose to steal, murder, lie, commit adultery, extort and a plethora of crimes.  Neither law nor government can stop them from doing that.  However, law does declare when a person crosses the line and are eligible to receive punishment for transgressing the law.  Lahren is confused as to the punishment for the crime and to whom the crime is being committed against.

While Lahren has said some good things, the fact of the matter is she is really wrong on this, dead wrong.  She is neither constitutional nor Christian in her view of the murder of the unborn, and while she may not “glorify,” she is no better than those  that stood by while tens of thousands of people were murdered under Hitler, Stalin and other tyrants of the past.  Lahren remains unmoved by the American Holocaust that is abortion.

Sadly, many coming up in the ranks of “conservatives” have no idea of what it means to conserve anything.  Word is that Lahren is on her way out at The Blaze.  That isn’t such a bad thing.
