Turkey Legalizes Child Rape Through Marriage

It is a rare few that miss the fact that some children have not the experience and mental maturity to know what was best for them. This is why we have drinking and voting age limits. This kind of thing, in a Christian society, would be left more in the area of the parents.

Who better to determine when a child is mature enough to handle a beer or who is mature enough to drive? I know thirty-year-olds that should not qualify for either. So, when you talk to people about the age of consent for marriage, there is a small (mostly Islamic) minority that thinks that children as young as 12 should be making such decisions.

The ruling party of Turkey also believes that this is the case.

Breitbart reports:

A new bill proposed by the Turkish parliament will allow those who rape underage children to be pardoned for the crime as long as they marry the victim after the act.

The ruling party of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the AKP, has provoked outcry after they proposed the bill which would see the pardoning over some 3,000 child rapists. According to the AKP, the bill is intended to benefit men who have had sex with a minor they are in a relationship with, and deal with the complications of child marriage within the country the Telegraph reports.

This means that if a man rapes a child, he will not be prosecuted as long as he is willing to make the victim his wife. But, what about the victim?  What they are effectively saying is that pedophilia is not a crime.

The law is the equivalent to tying a rape victim to their rapist for life and giving him control of the victim.

This is a step away from Western thinking and a step toward Islamization. This proves that the ruling party is taking steps to make Turkey once again the Caliphate it once was.

We might be witnessing the death of a nation.
