Charles McCullough, the Intelligence Community Inspector General, tells Congressman Jason Chaffetz that no one in the U.S. Congress has the security clearance or authority to view Hillary Clinton’s emails without being given permission by an agency that McCullough cannot name in a public forum. This is incredible. It’s worth listening to more than once.
