Video Discovered During Investigation: 4 Men Rape Unconscious Woman on Beach in Broad Daylight at Spring Break

In a video that was discovered by the Troy Police Department during an investigation of a shooting, it was discovered that at least four men gang raped a young woman who appeared unconscious during Spring Break in Florida. The unimaginable thing was that it was not being done in a back room, but right on the beach… in broad daylight… in front of hundreds of other people.

According to WSFA, Delonte’ Martistee, 22, of Bainbridge, GA, and Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, of Mobile, have been charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators.

The 19-year-old woman in the video was not identified. Montgomery Alabama news. reports:

Bay County (Fla.) Sheriff Frank McKeithen said he “will not back off” in seeking changes to tamp down spring break behavior in Panama City Beach Friday after two Troy University students were arrested in connection with a video that McKeithen said showed a “gang rape” that occurred on the beaches of Panama City Beach last month.

McKeithen said the video shows a 19-year-old victim who appeared to be incapacitated on a chair behind Spinnaker Beach Club when she was assaulted by multiple men. McKeithen said the incident occurred “in the broad, open daylight,” and hundreds of bystanders did not try to stop the incident or report it to authorities.

“Within 10 feet from where this is happening there are hundreds, hundreds of people standing there watching, looking, seeing, hearing what is going on, and yet our culture and our society and our young people have got to the point where obviously this is acceptable somewhere, but I will tell you it is not acceptable in Bay County,” McKeithen said.

He called the video “probably one of the most disgusting, repulsive, sickening things that I have seen this year on Panama City Beach, and I have seen a lot of them.”

“This is disgusting,” he said. “We have got to get control of our beaches, it is not safe for our children to be out there on the beaches when these animals are out there.”

The victim says that she believes that she had been drugged and told authorities that she did not remember the incident, which took place between March 10-12, taking place, which is why she did not report it.

McKeithen said that one man is heard in the clip saying, ‘she isn’t going to know,’ before putting his hand inside her bikini bottoms.

According to Troy University officials, both men were suspended from the university and Martistee was removed from the Troy track team.

Before anyone gets worked up about Troy Police illegally going through the cell phone without a warrant, the Troy Police Department obtained permission from the owner, which is how things should work. They were within the law.

The interesting thing is that this crime would have never been uncovered if not for the investigation into the Alabama shooting.

Major Tommy Ford with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office said, “There would not have been an investigation. We did not know this incident had occurred until we were notified of the existence of the video. We did not know of the victim’s identity until we took steps to identify her — she did not report it.”

Arrests have tripled in Panama City Beach from 2014.

While those in law enforcement says the culture of spring break has “taken a dark and disturbing turn,” nothing could be further from the truth. Spring break has always been dark and disturbing, even when I was a teenager, it was that way. It has only grown more dark and more disturbing the further our society moves away from its Creator.

Parents, why anyone would let their kid attend Spring Break anywhere in our country is beyond me. It’s like throwing them to the wolves, and this 19-year-old is the latest to discover the dangers of Spring Break. Don’t let it happen to your kid.

It is very irresponsible to give a kid money and let them go on spring break. It has always been a problem with the kids because they always get out of control. Wouldn’t let a child of mine go there.

  2. Russell Sayce says:

I’m not sure, but I think I saw Noah out on the water, in that video…

  3. Mys77 says:

I will say it…n…… with a degree….is this higher education? Kick them out of school, period. Send to prison and let them be raped.

  4. LadyLoneStar says:

WHY does it have to relate to their race? They are MEN…they committed a CRIME. Yes they should be kicked outta school and sent to prison for their CRIME, period.

  5. Jerry Colon says:

so it is ok for black scum to rape a white girl and nothing happens now?????
if it was a black girl and white males sharpton and the rest would be calling for protests all over the place
i hope they throw them in jail for 20 years so they can get the loving they need in the showers

  6. Jerry Colon says:

rapist need to be hung in public
    or shot

  7. If convicted, what do you suppose will happen to these animals? They’ll be sent to prison for a limited time at the expense of every tax-paying law-abiding citizen, including the victim they raped.

Just another of thousands of consequences resulting from the late 18th-century founders replacing the 17th-century Colonial governments of by, and, for God based upon His immutable triune moral law (His commandments, statutes, and judgments) with their own humanistic government of, by, and for the people based upon capricious Enlightenment and Masonic concepts. And EVERY BAMBOOZLED CHRISTIAN who supports their bibically seditious Constitution is thereby party to this abominable act and every other one that’s the consequence of the framers sedition against Yahweh as sovereign and His law as supreme.

Under biblical government, because kidnapping, according to Exodus 21:16, is a capital crime and because every rape constitutes a kidnapping (especially if the victim is unconscious), these miserable excuses for human beings would be put to death post haste, per Ecclesiastes 8:11.

Your reply is on point. We can not allow ourselves to perpetuate the “race” narrative that the Ruling Class Elitist is using to divide the People and create their desired chaos; that so they can take total control over the People.
Justice, by the Rule of Law, has to remain blind, and of course equal for all; without that, the race narrative then becomes a weapon of destroying this Republic.

In regards to “If you wish to support his efforts to reach the younger generation, please consider donating to that effort by clicking here”, the most effective way to reach minors is through their parents. So, influence the parents to influence their children. To get more information about this process, get Voddie Baucham’s book, “Family Driven Faith”.

  11. helligusvart says:

I just flagged you, you racist twit.

  12. helligusvart says:

Wow, the racism is being laid on really thick in these posts, isn’t? I just flagged you too.

  13. Frederikahere says:

What is also quite disturbing is that no one intervened to help this girl. They just watched and recorded it on their phones. That’s our generation of leaders of the future, worse than the ones we have even now.

  14. Mys77 says:

It isn’t a racist comment….I am a person of color appropriately defining their actions for what they are and what they did. You are the twit for being upset by the appropriate description, but not the horrific, disgusting violent rape? Unbelievably twisted of you. You need to be flagged! Unless you like that kind of thing?

  15. Hellfighter William Jackson says:

“I just flagged you too” you need to crawl back in your mommy’s basement punk, flag that sissy

  16. bytheway4 says:

lady, pretend it was a black girl and 2 white boys raped her, It would be in every paper in America. Can you imagine, Sharpton would be there in a heart beat, the town would be burned down, there would be a riot , marches etc.

  17. bytheway4 says:

that alone should teach the girls there not to drink. She was so drunk she passed out and that was early in the day. In fact there should stop that crap any more, it didn’t look like fun to me, drinking all day, guys mauling girls, any girl that allowed it, shaking your fanny , the one girl saying F … my parents and so on. To me it is just a filthy get together,

  18. Frederikahere says:

Yes, it did look like quite a degenerate party.
But still, raping someone is still appalling and a crime. Tolerating and abetting it is just as bad.

  19. LadyLoneStar says:

    Unfortunately, you are correct.

  20. Isandbeans 🖖🇺🇸 says:

Lol….so, were you the kid that went running to the teacher every time someone looked at you the wrong way when you were a little kid? “I’M TEEEELLLLLLIIIIIINNNNNNGGGG!!!!!!”LMAO!

  21. Isandbeans 🖖🇺🇸 says:

This is really sad. It’s very dangerous to be unconscious around this kind of activity! Insane!!! My kids would not be caught dead at Spring break. I don’t even have to tell them not to go, they simply don’t want to. They won’t even go to high school dances because they think those are too raunchy.

  22. helligusvart says:

Where did I say that I am not horrified by their actions? No one, not even blacks themselves, should use the “n” word to describe anyone. And wishing someone to be raped is horrific. I somehow can’t envision Jesus saying this about anyone. We are not free to hate. You need to get into some serious prayer and repentance.

  23. helligusvart says:

You need psychological help. And the moderators of this site need to get on the stick and clean up the comments board. We don’t need this crap. The heading on this site includes a reference to 1 John 3:18, “Dear children, let us not love with words and speech but with actions and truth.” They, and you, need to put this into practice.
