$1 Million In Fines Tossed Out In Another Major CONvid Victory!

Stand back and watch the victories piling up over the CONvid-1984 attack on the people of the world.  Victory after victory is taking place for those who stood their ground against government tyranny during CONvid-1984.  Just this past week we reported on Illinois healthcare workers who were fired for refusing the CONvid shot and got a $10 million settlement.  We saw Pastor Arthur Pawlowski win a huge victory over the tyrannical state and now, there has been a ruling that tossed out $1 million in fines tied to CONvid-1984.

The Democracy Fund reports:

Toronto: TDF Lawyers and paralegals have been busy defending clients across Canada who have been charged under legislation relating to COVID-19. In the past two weeks alone, they have saved 14 clients in British Columbia over $56,000 in fines. In Ontario, they have secured the withdrawal of three tickets issued to business owners who faced fines totalling $950,000 for non-compliance with the Quarantine Act and the Reopening Ontario Act.

The legal team at TDF represents clients across the country who have been fined in connection to legislation related to COVID-19. Many clients are unable to pay fines or would be forced to close their businesses if convicted. TDF lawyer, Adam Blake-Gallipeau, has confirmed that TDF will continue to “vigorously defend” its clients whenever there is a suspected breach of constitutional rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

“The legal team at TDF represents clients across the country who have been fined in connection to legislation related to COVID-19. Many clients are unable to pay fines or would be forced to close their businesses if convicted,” the TDF explained.

True North added about other victories:

Various challenges to Covid measures are ongoing and some have even found success.

In July, the Alberta Court of Appeals overturned fines for jailed Pastor Artur Pawlowski.

A ruling by Justice Barbara Lea Veldhuis, Justice Michelle Crighton and Justice Jo’ Anne Strekaf ordered Alberta Health Services (AHS) to reimburse Pawlowski any fines or penalties he had paid for disobeying public health orders.

“The Pawlowskis’ appeals are allowed. The finding of contempt and the sanction order are set aside. The fines that have been paid by them are to be reimbursed,“ the judges wrote.

“The chambers judge awarded costs to AHS payable by the Pawlowskis jointly in the amount of $15,733.50, calculated at 2.5 times column 1. That costs award is set aside and the Pawlowskis are awarded their costs payable by AHS in the proceedings below and in this Court calculated on the same basis.”

In May, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms also defeated 24 public health order tickets for three British Columbian pastors totalling $55,200.

Stand fast and win the day.  Hold the line and you will prevail!
