I have been saying this for years! ANY restriction of ANY arms (guns, knives, pencils, swords, machetes, spears, tanks, warships, aircraft, etc.) is a defiant attack on the rights of the People found in the Second Amendment, which simply reads in conclusion, “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Now, a federal judge has ruled that the Second Amendment applies to machineguns, and yes, it most certainly does.
