The two discussed the technologies used, not to create, but to steer and turn natural occurences in the weather into a weapon to be used against the people.
Additionally, Florida has already been hit hard by Helene, but now is set up for another strike by Milton.
This has not only consequences for life and property, but we’re even seeing the politicians taking advantage of the situation to commit fraud again against the people.
