By Their Fruit People, By The Fruit!
“Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” – Matthew 7:16-20
If only the people would listen to the Word of the Lord. This is the same Lord, might I remind you, that 86% percent of you claim to serve. We judge men by their fruits, by the fruit they produce (2 Corinthians 11:14-15), not by what they say!
Last week was a prime example of what this current administration has been doing for far too long in saying one thing and doing another (Isaiah 5:20; Matthew 23:3).
We were told President Donald Trump declared war on drug dealers. Headlines proclaimed, “Trump warns land strikes against alleged drug traffickers may be next”.
Simultaneously, behind the backs of the American people that he is to represent in upholding the law, he pardons former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who had been convicted of conspiring to traffic more than 400 tons of cocaine into the United States.
To add insult to injury, here we have Marco Rubio reportedly appearing for a press conference after taking a line of cocaine.
This administration has continuously said one thing and has done just the opposite to the degree I have never seen before.
He says that he’s the most pro-life president only to find that he adds 600 million dollars to criminal organizations that murder children (Proverbs 6:17).
He says to build the wall to keep out illegal immigrants while at the same time, he gives three times that of Barack Obama to Muslim organizations.
He says that he is the most pro-Second Amendment president, and yet, he supports 55 unconstitutional orders undermining the Second Amendment.
He says that we are to remove gay flags from all municipal buildings, yet calls himself “the gayest president in American history”.
This article linked here was reported back in November of 2024.
Again, if we were to judge men according to the Word of the Lord, “by their fruits ye shall know them,” we would be in a much better place in judging them who have no place in representing a free society.
