54 Abortion Clinics Closed!

In 2025, Operation Rescue documented 54 abortion clinics that closed or halted abortions — the highest number since the fall of Roe. A total of 64 Planned Parenthood locations also went under. Warren Hern’s infamous full-term Boulder clinic finally shut its doors after decades of killing. Dangerous clinics in Greensboro and elsewhere closed after years of documented injuries and exposure.

Those closures didn’t happen by accident. They happened because we stayed on them — month after month — with investigations, 911 records, complaints to medical boards, and public pressure that state officials and the abortion industry could not ignore.

The problem is, the fight is not over.

Just in the last few weeks, we have documented:

  • Thirteen botched abortions documented across unregulated Illinois clinics in 2026 alone — with zero investigations from the state.

The clinics that closed stayed closed because someone kept the light on them. The clinics still operating are still injuring women because the pressure is not yet strong enough, or consistent enough, to finish the job.

That is why monthly partners matter right now.

A one-time gift is always a tremendous help, but a monthly gift means the investigations do not pause, the FOIA requests keep going out, the complaints keep getting filed, and the truth keeps getting published — even when the headlines move on. The abortion industry does not take months off. The people working to stop it cannot either.

Operation Rescue is not a 501(c)(3), which means your gift is not tax-deductible. That is intentional — it lets us speak and act without the restrictions that cause other groups to pull back. We know what that choice costs you, and we do not take it lightly.

If you are already a monthly partner, thank you. If you can increase it, do. If you are ready to start partnering with this life-saving work, the Join the Rescue button anywhere in this email takes you straight there.

54 clinics closed because the pressure did not stop. The ones still open will close the same way — if we keep that pressure on.
