Abortionist Nareshkumar Patel Arrested & Jailed, After Attorney General Investigation Sparked by Operation Rescue Complaint

Oklahoma City, OK – This morning, police raided the Outpatient Services for Women in Oklahoma City and arrested abortionist Nareshkumar Patel for obtaining money from patients under false pretenses based on an undercover investigation by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office.

Operation Rescue had filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office earlier this year after receiving incriminating information about Patel and his abortion business from an informant and conducting its own investigation. Operation Rescue published a special report detailing information obtained on Patel along with his sordid history.

Calls to Patel’s abortion facility this morning informed callers that no one is available to take calls.

“We are very excited about this morning’s arrest. This is the result of a collaborative effort that involved gritty pro-life work, active enforcement of state laws,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We also want to especially thank AUL for their contributions to efforts to bring Patel to justice.”
