America is Being Destroyed through Inaction, and Her People Would Have it So!

There is no question, that as a whole this nation has turned its back on God.  We have served other gods, created every idol in the world for ourselves, disregarded the Law of God and kept silent in the pulpit on issues such as abortion and sodomy, where we should have spoken out and condemned this wickedness.

What has become of America? It’s sad and shocking to see the digression of our nation even in just the past few years.  We have sacrificed the good of our land in order to be politically correct. We have accepted gray rather than the absolute contrast between black-and-white, good and evil, and right and wrong.  

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

How have the American people let things get so bad?  How did our men (For the most part) become weak cowards and how did women begin leading the way in many cases?  How did our once God-fearing children, who were trained up in the way they should go, so that when they were old they would not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6), become lawless and rebellious?  

I thought we were supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave, not the land of those in bondage and the home of the capitulating, weak, and spineless cowards!  Shame on America for allowing this nation to get in the state it is in today.  Shame on those of you who sit idly by and do nothing.  What will our posterity say of this generation? Will they bless us or curse us?

I fear for America that the only lesson she will really learn, will come after much devastation has taken place, even more than what we already see today. One thing we have learned from history is that we do not seem to learn a thing from history.  The Lord has given us many opportunities to repent as a nation (2 Chronicles 7:14), but we have not.  The Lord has caused the wickedness in government and that which we see all around us to be exposed time and time and time again, but despite all this, the American people, for the most part, have sat back and done nothing.  

We have sat idly by and watched as babies have been slaughtered in the womb, as sodomy has been glorified and our nation’s children have been subject to all manner of perversion and abuse.  We have done nothing about our politicians who have continuously lied to our faces (Exodus 20:16), and have not endured sound doctrine as the Bible talks about in 2 Timothy 4:3, but rather have heaped up teachers for our itching ears from the pulpits who are no shepherds at all. They are hirelings who have let the flock be assaulted, targeted, and scattered as they have cowardly sat by and done nothing.

America, what have you become?  Do the people of Germany look back upon their heritage with pride?  Are they proud of the dictator they let loose on the world?  Again, I ask the question, do you think our posterity for generations to come will bless us or curse us for our actions at this hour at this day?  What will be the excuse we will tell our children for why we left them a country where judgment has been turned backwards, and right has become wrong and wrong is now somehow all of the sudden right?

The future of America lies in our hands.  We can either be known as the greatest generation yet, or the generation that let it all be destroyed. Which one is it going to be America? The choice is up to you!
