Are The American People About To Be Sold Out On DACA Amnesty?

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) has demonstrated for years that he is untrustworthy and that he will sell out the American people and the Constitution at the same time.  Exhibit A was his $1 trillion omnibus bill where he handed Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah everything he wanted in 2015.

Ryan has been opening up the gates to the wolves in America for some time.  As Bradlee Dean has pointed out, that omnibus bill:

  • Fully Funds DACA
  • Funds Sanctuary Cities
  • Funds All Refugee Programs
  • Funds All of the Mideast Immigration Programs That Have Been Exploited by Terrorists in Recent Years
  • Funds Illegal Alien Resettlement
  • Funds the Release of Criminal Aliens
  • Omnibus Quadruples H-2B Foreign Worker Visas
  • Funds Tax Credits for Illegal Aliens
  • Locks-In Huge Spending Increases
  • Fails to Allocate Funds to Complete the 700-Mile Double-Layer Border Fence That Congress Promised the American People

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Keep in mind, that bill was the first thing Ryan pushed through when he took over in the House.  Now, he is the one orchestrating things on DACA.

Now, when we get to building the wall and amnesty for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), there are several things to keep your eye on.

First, consider that Donald Trump is talking about making a deal on DACA in exchange for $18 billion in funding over ten years to build a wall on the southern border.  However, now one begins to wonder just what is going to happen.

Breitbart reports that Trump has said, “We don’t need a 2,000-mile wall … where you have rivers and mountains, and everything else protecting, but we need a wall for a fairly good portion.”

Part of that reasoning is because Trump say that “violent rivers,” “nature,” and “mountains” already secure certain areas.

You mean areas like this?

He was asked if he would go along with amnesty for DACA recipients if he didn’t get the funding for the wall.

“You need the wall. It’s wonderful, I would love not to build the wall, but we need the wall,” Trump said.  “If you don’t have the wall, you cannot have security, just can’t have it, it just doesn’t work.”

Actually, we need constitutional spending and not welfare programs that cater to illegals coming into our country, and not just across our southern border.  As I’ve said before, I’m not necessarily opposed to a wall, but look at what we are doing wrong first and let’s be lawful in our approach.

He added that the wall could be built “under budget and ahead of schedule” in just one year.

Meanwhile, amnesty is lurking right around the corner with DACA and mark my words, Trump will sign it.  Remember when everyone questioned it when he tabled it back to Congress?  We told you so then.  Just keep that in mind, it will be nothing more than an Obama/Bush amnesty program, nothing more.

Could it be that all this amnesty talk is what is driving the numbers of illegals that have grown who are attempting to cross our southern border?

After all, Trump says the DACA bill should be a “bill of love.”  What does that mean actually?

Well, we’ve heard it all before.  Remember Jeb “Love Train” Bush in 2014?  You don’t?  Let me remind you.

“But the way I look at this – and this is not, you know, I’m going to say this, and it will be on tape, and so be it – the way I look at this is someone who comes to our country because they couldn’t come legally, they come to our country because their families, you know, a dad who loves his children was worried that their children didn’t have food on the table,” Bush said.  “And they, you know, wanted to make sure their family was intact, and they cross the border because they had no other means to work to be able to provide for their family. Yes, they broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s kind of – an act of love. It’s an act of commitment to your family.”

Bush went on to say current immigration laws are, “trapping these people when they could make a contribution to their families and the country,” and that 40% of illegals are those who overstay their visas.

Now, none of this kind of talk is what people heard from candidate Trump, and I know, people dismiss it saying that politicians can’t be trusted to keep all their promises, even as they continue to support them.  Well, why is that?  Is it not because the American people are simply ok with being lied to being business as usual?  Is it that violations of law and the Constitution are just the way things are and the people are content with that and blow it off as no big deal?

It’s exactly what it is.  Seriously, the problem is not so much with Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton or Paul Ryan or Barack Obama.  The problem really lies at our feet, America.

We allow it and have allowed it and we seek “solutions” disguised as “constitutional conventions” to be in the place of an educated public who would not only rejected unqualified candidates, but would know the Constitution enough to call out the corruption on both sides, no matter the party jersey that is being worn.

Trump said concerning a DACA solution, “I really do believe Democrat and Republican, the people sitting in this room, really want to get something done.”

“I am very much reliant on the people in this room,” Trump said. “I have great confidence … if they come to me with things I’m not in love with, I’m going to do it, because I respect them.”

Trump also responded to a question as to whether his views on immigration and amnesty are changing by saying, “I think my positions are going to be what the people in this room come up with. I am very much reliant on the people in this room. I know most of the people on both sides, have a lot of respect for the people on both sides, and what I approve is going to be very much reliant on what the people in this room come to me with.”

Well, the issue is not about “getting something done.”  That’s always the rhetoric.  The issue should be enforcement of the law that exists now, and getting things done that are constitutional.

Mr. President, you don’t do it because you respect them, you do it only if it is constitutional and within your authority which is very limited under the Constitution.

The claim that Trump’s position on immigration and amnesty is “going to be what the people in this room come up with” is a cop out.  Does he actually believe what he said on the campaign trail or doesn’t he?  Does he not have an actual position on immigration and amnesty?  Is the law that he is to enforce as head of the Executive Branch unclear to him?

Granting more amnesty when these people are already in violation of the law is whitewashing those who have no respect for the law.

It’s in our hands.  If we are not lighting up the phone lines and emailing our representatives and President Trump to tell them to obey the law without making unlawful deals, then it is all on us.

Contact your senatorcongressman or the president today and let them know you do not approve of amnesty, today.
