Are Flu Shots our Friends?

Recently, I’ve noticed a real push on Flu Vaccines. It seemed to be everywhere…it is the first thing you are asked in the doctor’s office, advertisements meet you as you walk down the aisle at the grocery store, and flyers are even sent home with our children asking for parental consent to vaccinate our children at school. But are these vaccines friendly to our bodies?

How many times do we check the ingredients of vaccines? I was shocked recently when I read list of ingredients in vaccines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The list includes Thimerosal (yes, Mercury is still used today) Aluminum, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG– According to the Experimental and Clinical Sciences Journal published March 19, 2018, MSG has been linked with obesity, metabolic disorders, Chinese Restaurant Syndrome, neurotoxic effects and detrimental effects on reproductive organs.), Formaldehyde, and Human DNA!

Human DNA? Really?

Do we really need a Flu shot as bad as they say we do? Along with the annual flu shot promotion, the medical community routinely parrots the CDC’s estimations of overall flu deaths, which are off by numbers of magnitude. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an activist for Children’s Health, published recently, “… the British Medical Journal (BMJ) Editor, Dr. Peter Doshi, published a comprehensive rebuke of CDC’s annual ritual of exaggerating flu mortalities entitled ‘Dissecting CDC’s Deception: Are US Flu Death Figures More PR Than Science?’ Doshi accuses the CDC of purposefully inflating flu deaths to frighten the public into purchasing vaccines. To illustrate CDC’s chicanery, Doshi observed that CDC’s announced number of reported pneumonia and influenza deaths in 2001 at 62,034. Yet less than half of one percent of those were actually attributed to influenza.” He then goes on to accuse the CDC of inflating the flu deaths to frighten the public into purchasing vaccines.

Kennedy also writes that “According to the Cochrane Collaboration’s comprehensive 2010 meta-analysis of published influenza vaccine studies, there is ‘no evidence that vaccines prevent viral transmission of complications.’” He then quotes a 2019 article by Alberto Donzelli in Human Vaccination & Immunotheraputics that argues against the Influenza vaccination for all pregnant women stating that “So far the less biased evidence does not favor it.”

So why the big push? It’s a money-making business. On April 06, 2020, GLOBE NEWSWIRE wrote,” According to Coherent Market Insights, the U.S. influenza vaccine market was valued at US$ 2.6 billion in 2019…”

In addition, there’s alarming proof that these Flu vaccines actually increase the risk of infections like the Coronavirus. Allan Cunningham responds to a paper entitled “Tamiflu & Influenza vaccines: More Harm than Good?” and writes, “Owen Dyer reminds us that we have spent billions on a drug that possibly does more harm than good. (BMJ 2020;368:m626—February 19) The same thing can be said about influenza vaccines.

We hear so much about the vital importance of flu shots that it will come as a nasty surprise to learn that they increase the risk of illness from non-influenza virus infections such as rhinoviruses, coronaviruses, RS viruses, parainfluenza viruses, adenoviruses, HMP viruses and enteroviruses.

The good news is there are alternatives. The immune system has a remarkable capacity to fight off flu and colds. Use of natural immune boosters to stay healthy year-round can create a recipe for a strong immune system – the first being to avoid being pulled in by fear tactics.

Dr. Murray.com gives us his recommendation to maintain a strong immune system. This includes avoiding refined sugars, and saturated fats, getting plenty of protein and essential fatty acids, taking a high-quality vitamin and mineral supplement with vitamin B complex, C and E, zinc, and selenium, boosting vitamin D levels, and immune-enhancing products and foods. Echinacea and Elderberry have been used for hundreds of years to boost immune function.

The Bottom line is we need to be aware of what we are injecting into our bodies and into our children. Flu shots may not be our friends after all.
