Biden/Harris Ready To Push Unlawful Legislation Legalizing Murder Of Babies In The Womb

Since the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade, there have been over 60 million babies murdered in the womb. Even though the Constitution does not give authority to the Supreme Court to make law, somewhere in the one brain that all politicians seem to share, the word decision became the word law. So, despite laws on the book that criminalize murder, without any age restriction, the murder of unborn babies in the womb has been allowed to perpetuate under the misnomers of “reproductive health”, “women’s choice”, and “women’s rights”.

Well, it hasn’t taken long for Biden to state that he and Harris would work to codify Roe v. Wade and appoint judges who would respect the decision of those Supreme Court justices as precedent.

The Daily Caller reported:

[] Joe Biden marked the 48th anniversary of Roe v. Wade and committed to appointing judges who respect the ruling as precedent Friday.

While Biden’s pro-abortion stance was never in question, the statement represents the first time he has addressed abortion since gaining office. Biden also said he and []Kamala Harris are committed to codifying the Roe v. Wade.

The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe. We are also committed to ensuring that we work to eliminate maternal and infant health disparities, increase access to contraception, and support families economically so that all parents can raise their families with dignity,” Biden said in a statement. “This commitment extends to our critical work on health outcomes around the world.”

“In the past four years, reproductive health, including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack. We are deeply committed to making sure everyone has access to care – including reproductive health care – regardless of income, race, zip code, health insurance status, or immigration status,” the statement continued.

Biden pledged in October to push legislation through Congress to make Roe the law of the land in an attempt to further cement the divisive case against attempts to overrule it.

Defending the right to abortion has been a top priority for Democrats since former President Donald Trump confirmed Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court just before the election. Barrett is a staunch conservative and tipped the balance of the court to 6-3 in favor of conservatives.

Anyone who is paying attention will see that Roe v. Wade is not the law of the land and only a decision by Biden being committed to having legislation passed to make it so.

Let me clue everyone in on something while keeping this one thing in mind – Roe v. Wade has never been law, but States have allowed the murder of the unborn to perpetuate and flourish by refusing to enforce the law against murder. When it can be legislated that it is okay to murder the unborn while still in the womb, it can also be legislated to murder babies shortly after birth, children, the physically disabled, the mentally disabled, the elderly, and any demographic placed in legislation, such as political affiliation, race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Granted, this would be an illegitimate law on two fronts. First, it violates God’s moral law found in Exodus 20 that states, “You shall not murder.” Second, it violates the unalienable right to life given by God, declared in the Declaration of Independence.

Biden declared the murder of the unborn in the womb has been under “relentless and extreme attack”. It certainly wasn’t in the Trump administration because Trump signed a spending bill that awarded Planned Parenthood $600 million dollars for a year – $100 million more than the Obama administration. He references the same old tired worn out false arguments to justify that which is not justifiable by mentioning lack of access to health care, specifically “reproductive health”. What is reproductive health anyway? It’s a catch phrase misnomer to say that unborn babies make women reproductively unhealthy and to gain reproductive health, women should kill their unborn children.

Moreover, Biden committed to spreading the idea of murdering unborn babies as a type of “treatment” around the world. And, yes, when you advocate for murdering the unborn under the misnomer of “reproductive health”, you are calling murdering unborn babies a “treatment”. Did countries of the world ask the united States to spread this unlawful murdering of innocent unborn lives around the globe? One wouldn’t think so. And, what gives the united States the “right” or authority to spread this nation’s acceptance of such a heinous crime to other nations?

There are abortion abolition groups that are working to have the laws against murder of the unborn enforced. But, where is the church? Oh yeah, sitting within their buildings, head down, trying not to make waves so the 501 (c)(3) is not lost. Shame on them!! There are some Biden voters sitting in the pews every Sunday and Wednesday night knowing he is a supporter of unborn baby murder in defiance of God’s law. And, if you have learned anything about government, you know that once they can make what is unlawful lawful, it doesn’t stop at a certain point. What makes an adult’s life more important than an unborn baby’s life? What makes a toddler’s life more important than an unborn baby’s life? If the answer is the lame “those are already born” or “babies aren’t sentient”, which many give as a reason, then you are willing to rely on corrupt, criminal government to determine what or whose life is more important.

The movement toward euthanasia has been making its way across this nation at a horrifying pace to the point that recently some individuals support euthanasia for conditions such as depression, mental health issues, and physical disabilities. Euthanasia is legalized murder by physician. When that is accepted, the physician can then determine what or whose life is more important. The progression of the law would move forward to the point physician would not even need to ask family or the individual anymore. It would be coded into the law based on the physician’s judgment.

Let me leave you with a few clips to watch regarding what happened in Nazi Germany with their “lawful” murder campaign against certain segments of the population. When watching, remember that many of the German people are still shamed by that history. Do you want to follow in the footsteps of Adolf Hitler? Do yourself a favor and watch these accounts. It will show you what a slippery slope codifying the murder of any human being at any stage of life is.
