Black Lives Matter Activist Pleads Guilty to Faking Racism on Twitter – May Get 90 Days & $82,000 Fine

You may recall the story from December 2012 of 25-year-old Kayla-Simone McKelvey, a Black Lives Matter activist, who tweeted out racist threats against black student and faculty at Kean University the very same night she attended a rally to protest racial intolerance on college campuses. Well, McKelvey pled guilty and faces up to 90 days in jail and $82,000 in restitution to cover cost of the response of the police.

Here’s the video report of the crime she engaged in.

Here are some of the fake racial hate tweets she tweeted.

On Monday, McKelvey pled guilty to the charges against her for sending false alarm tweets, which did nothing but incite the crowd.

WND reports:

McKelvey and her attorney had hoped to have her sentenced to participate in a pretrial intervention program that would have avoided jail time, but that request was denied last week.

Following her guilty plea, state prosecutors reportedly will recommend McKelvey be sentenced to 90 days in jail and that she pay restitution of about $82,000 to cover the costs of the police response and heightened security at the university caused by her threats.

The $82,000 fine is the equivalent of three-and-a-half years of in-state tuition at the university.

McKelvey will be back in court for sentencing June 17.

We’ve seen it with the sodomites and we’ve seen it with the Muslims. They fake crimes against themselves and attempt to play the victim. Now we’re seeing black activists do it. Will the Black community not call these people out and disavow their crimes?

At least one man has. Jesse Lee Peterson, author of The Antidote: Healing America From the Poison of Hate, Blame and Victimhood, told WND that he wasn’t surprised at all to discover that this was done by a black person and that it was a hoax.

“You’ve got to realize that for the last 60 years black people – not all but most – have used racism to intimidate white folks,” Peterson said. “They’ve gained so much material wealth from it, jobs, they’ve gotten into white universities based on color, not ability. And so they’ve gained a lot, and they can’t let this idea that racism exists go away.”

“Power and wealth – that’s all it’s about,” Peterson added. “Taking it away from the whites and giving it to the blacks. White fear drives these blacks to commit these false accusations of racism. Racism has always been and it still is a fake illusion; it’s not there.”

McKelvey is not the only one to create threats on behalf of Black Lives matter. Twenty-year-old Charles Hollins was also charged for making a threat of mass violence for sending out a Tweet about killing all the white people in La Plata, Maryland. The only difference was that his was an actual threat, not a fake one. The same is true of Latausha Nedd, who waved around a gun and a machete and called for “blacks to take police officer’s guns, take over police stations, and kill white people.”

While I don’t think jail is proper justice for this crime, the fines could certainly be that seeing that police responded to a hoax and that was the fault of Ms. McKelvey. Hoepefully if that law is upheld and the fines are imposed she will be made an example of for others who are contemplating such methods. If not, it will only encourage the lawlessness.
