Bombshell: Illegal Alien Used Federal Agent’s Gun to Murder US Woman

In a strange twist, it has come to light that alleged gunman Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez shot and killed Kathryn Steinle in front of her father in San Francisco last week with a federal agent’s gun.

The Guardian reports:

The gun used in the seemingly random slaying of a woman on a San Francisco pier belonged to a federal agent, a law enforcement official briefed on the matter said on Tuesday.

The official, who was not authorised to speak publicly about the case and spoke on condition of anonymity, said a police check of the weapon’s serial number shows it belonged to a federal agent. The official declined to elaborate further.

The San Francisco police department, which is investigating the case, declined to comment.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Sanchez had already been deported five times and according to federal officials had been transferred to a San Francisco jail in March as he faced a 20-year-old marijuana charge, following the completion of his latest sentence.

Sanchez entered a plea of not guilty to first degree murder on Tuesday. He claims that he does not remember killing anyone because he was high on sleeping pills. He also has claimed to be in San Francisco because it is a “Sanctuary City” and that he shot the gun at sea lions.

NBC Bay Area recounts his past criminal history:

Sanchez’s criminal history dates back to 1991, mostly for drugs, including heroin, and sneaking into the United States, sometimes fewer than 30 days after he was deported Mexico, federal records show.

federal database has logged Sanchez’s past convictions and deportations, with at least 40 entries in its system over the last two decades. In jailhouse interviews, Sanchez said that if he killed her, he didn’t remember much because he was high on marijuana and sleeping pills.

Some have asked if this is a false flag. Honestly, I don’t know, but I can tell you that the report of Sanchez committing a murder with a federal agent’s gun does mean that the agent in question needs to be investigated. We have not been given any details by authorities on how he obtained the weapon.

However, the LA Times reports:

In a weekend interview with KGO-TV, which on Tuesday first reported the gun’s connection to the federal agent, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez said he had found the weapon wrapped in a T-shirt on the ground near a bench, and that it had accidentally fired when he touched it.

But he also said he had taken strong sleeping pills and his memory was murky.

The district attorney’s office declined to comment on the gun.

Bail was set at $5 million.

Kathryn Steinle’s uncle, who was at the court house for the arraignment, told the LA Times, “This isn’t about immigration. This is about someone taking my niece’s life.”

While this issue certainly is about illegal immigration, this particular case comes down to one thing, murder. However, both issues must be dealt with. And call me a Christian Taliban if you must, but the Bible is clear about the punishment for Mr. Sanchez if he is found guilty. That punishment is death.

Who will demand answers to how this gun was obtained? Was it given to him by the federal agent in whose trust it was given? Was it purchased on the street? Is Sanchez telling the truth about finding it? Is this part of a false flag operation?

This incident does bring up issues that have been at the forefront in the realm of America’s politics for many years. While Barack Obama has referred to Mexicans as “gangbangers” and been given a pass by the useful idiots in the media, Donald Trump has been skewered by the media and corporations for pointing out that many illegals are engaging in rape and murder.

Hillary Clinton offered a completely useless comment about deporting Sanchez.

Clinton told CNN, “What should be done is any city should listen to the Department of Homeland Security, which as I understand it, urged them to deport this man again after he got out of prison another time.”

“The city made a mistake not to deport someone that the federal government strongly felt should be deported,” Clinton added.

The problem is that deportation of illegals is not a city issue. It’s federal law that should be enforced, but hasn’t been under Barack Obama.

Even Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) chimed in saying that she has supported deporting violent criminals. Yet, both of Hillary Clinton and Barbara Boxer have supported illegal immigration.
