“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour…” -Article 3 section 1 US Constitution
I believe that one of the great wonders to me will always be that the masses will tolerate and submit to the crimes of the one incumbent sitting in some governmental position. Of course, the way that this happens is that the masses do not take the time to know if what the tyrants are doing is lawful or not (Hosea 4:6).
They just believe that because they have been put there, they must know better. Today, nothing could be further from the truth. Do consider voter fraud (Ephesians 4:14).
These modern-day tyrants act in a foreign manner to that which our forefathers established because they are no longer working to keep the people free but rather to dictate the lives of others, all the while enslaving them (Deuteronomy 28:68).
It also seems that the more the people resist the tyrannies taking place today, namely in California, the more that the tyrants defy the people.
When it comes to any representative in office, notice they put their hand on the Bible, swearing to God and before man, that they will uphold the enumerated laws found within the US Constitution, “So help me God (1 John 5:2).” This applies to every representative in the country, regardless of office.
Now, when it comes to judges, in particular, they are, in a sense, the referees that are to make reference to God’s moral law in condemning the wicked and justifying the righteous (Deuteronomy 25:1).
Todd Starnes recently reported: JUDGE ISSUES ORDER BANNING PASTOR JOHN MACARTHUR FROM HOLDING INDOOR WORSHIP SERVICES
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued an order banning Pastor John MacArthur and Grace Community Church from conducting, participating in or attending any indoor worship services.
It is a stunning blow to religious liberty.
“In an inexplicable ruling, the judge said the ‘scale tipped in favor of the county.’ 1/100th of 1% of Californians with a virus apparently wins over the U.S. Constitution and religious freedom for all,” Pastor MacArthur said in a statement to The Todd Starnes Radio Show. “That is not what our founders said. Nor is that what God says, who gave us our rights that our government—including the judicial branch—is supposed to protect. The scale should always tip in favor of liberty, especially for churches.”
The order prohibits the church from “conducting, participating in, or attending any indoor worship services” and also bans outdoor worship unless onerous restrictions are followed in a heavy-handed move against the internationally known preacher and his congregation.
MacArthur and Grace Community Church’s attorneys from the Thomas More Society said the judge refused to consider their important separation of powers arguments “in any meaningful fashion” and essentially “ducked the issue.”
“The County’s argument was basically ‘because we can,’ which is the very definition of tyranny,” attorney Jenna Ellis told the Todd Starnes Radio Show. “Without limiting government’s power in favor of freedom and protected rights, we have no liberty. We will fight for religious freedom, as our founders did when they wrote the First Amendment.”
“We plan to appeal this ruling to ultimately vindicate our clients’ constitutionally protected right to free exercise of religion,” Special Counsel Charles LiMandri said.
While I do believe that this persecution is the best thing that can happen to the American Church in waking it up to its responsibilities, I would ask the reader to simply show me where this or any other judge has been given delegated authority by the people to attack the people in shutting any Church down? They have NEVER been given that authority, period. They are to sit during good behavior, not bad (Article 3, Section 1 US Constitution).
They are in no way the judge, the jury and the executioner! They are not in charge of every decision made, nor do they have the power to rid whomsoever that they so choose.
They are not there to judge the standard as to the standard that they are judged by.
The answer to this issue is to remove the judge acting out of his scope of authority-This applies to every single individual regardless of office, even the president!
Either the people send the message that they will not be ruled by tyrants (Psalm 94:16; 1 Timothy 6:12) and impeach him (Article 2, Section 4 US Constitution) and prosecute him (Article 1, Section 3, Clause 7 US Constitution) or the people will lose their God-given freedoms (2 Corinthians 3:17).
This judge does not have a right to do the wrong thing (Psalm 94:20) nor is any American obliged to obey him in any sense of the word (Romans 12:21).
In Conclusion: Learn the lessons while you still have the time in doing so (Proverbs 17:2). You still have the freedom to do the right things.
