Can You Imagine What The State & Mainstream Media Would Have Done To The Person/People That Would Have Helped George Floyd from Getting Killed? ?

“We may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.” -Martin Luther King, Jr.

When watching the video of this police officer, Derek Chauvin, choke the life out of George Floyd with his knee driven into his back, I have to say that it was very difficult to watch. The first thing I asked myself was, why is no one helping him?

Video Scrubbed

After watching this video go on for some time, I also noticed another police officer, Tou Thoa, who showed no regard for the pleas that were coming from George Floyd when he said that he “could not breathe” and “don’t kill me” (Matthew 24:12).

Now, imagine with me, if you will, where I take it upon myself to intervene on the behalf of George Floyd (Matthew 7:12).

Let’s say that I did intervene and did end up saving George Floyd’s life.

The least that would have happened to me would have been the state charging me for disorderly conduct. Also, consider that in the process of attempting to save his life, I may have been tazed or even shot to death.  If you don’t believe me, watch video of police officer Tou shoving away bystanders that were concerned for Floyd (1 John 3:12).

Then comes the mainstream media, working hand in glove with the state in an attempt to justify the unjustifiable for their abuses.  They would have reported in the papers that I was one who was interfering with an arrest.  It would have been reported that I was disorderly and anti-police when the opposite was true (Revelation 12:9-11).

To prove the point, let me take it another way. I would have been considered a hero if I had helped a police officer who was under attack by a violent citizen and ended up saving his life.

Friends, we need to ask the Lord to get our hearts right (Matthew 3:2; John 3:3; 2 Corinthians 7:10; Isaiah 58:12).

Martin Luther King Jr. was right when he said, “We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools”.

It seems that more than not that man prefers war over peace. If it were not true, then where is the love that lays itself down for its brother? I can tell you, by the law that is continuously removed from the minds of men (Isaiah 51:4).

Therefore, love is the fulfillment of the law (Romans 13:10).
