Israel has been suffering through some terrible wild fires in recent days as dry weather, high winds, and arson have devastated huge swaths of the Israeli wilderness.
Wildfires tore across central and northern Israel on Thursday, forcing tens of thousands of residents to flee the city of Haifa, as leaders blamed arsonists for some of the blazes and branded them terrorists.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the acts of arson as terrorism.
“Every fire that was caused by arson, or incitement to arson, is terrorism by all accounts. And we will treat it as such,” the Prime Minister told reporters. “Whoever tries to burn parts of Israel will be punished for it severely.” Netanyahu further said that the government was considering every option when it came to deciding how the culprits would be punished. In particular, Netanyahu said that they were considering revoking the citizenship of the terrorist arsonists.
שוחחתי הערב עם שר הפנים אריה דרעי וסיכמנו יחד לפעול לשלילת התושבות של מי שיימצאו מעורבים בהצתות במזיד @ariyederi

“I spoke with Interior Minister Aryeh Deri this evening and we agreed to work together in order to revoke the residency of those held responsible for setting the fires,” Netanyahu tweeted.
Several foreign countries swiftly came to Israel’s aid. Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, Russia and the Palestinian Authority all offered their support in fighting the fires. Prime Minister Netanyahu also asked for support from the United States by way of a “Super Tanker” aircraft that is used to fight similar wildfires in North America.
Faced for the past four days with fires across the country fed by drought and high winds, Israel has been promised
On the ground, Palestinian firefighters on Thursday night joined the Israelis, sending four fire engines to the northern city of Haifa and four more to the village of Beit Meir, near Jerusalem.
In the cooperative village of religious Jews, where about 400 residents were evacuated from their homes, Israeli and Palestinian crews fought side by side against the flames.
But some world Muslims couldn’t help but revel in the problems facing Israel today.
Arab social media networks on Thursday were rife with inflammatory celebratory reactions in light of the myriad of brush fires that have been blazing across central and northern Israel since Tuesday…
“Tel_Aviv_IsBurning” was the most common Arabic hashtag trending on Arab social media platforms on Thursday morning.
But it wasn’t just the Arab world exulting over Israel’s pain. In Canada where Christians can be prosecuted for acknowledging their beliefs on sin and the Bible, a Muslim imam expressed his joy about the fires spreading across Israel.
Mazin AbdulAdhim is a leading Muslim cleric in London, Ontario, and he is connected to the radical Hizb ut-Tahrir group. He took to Facebook this week to wallow in the destruction the wildfires had caused.
Aside from the interesting coincidence that all these fires spread wildly due to “unusually strong winds” just as they are trying to ban the Athan across the lands they occupy, what’s even more interesting is how this event further exposes their severe weakness and near-total dependency on foreign help, as they beg for foreign assistance and aid to save them.
They don’t control the world. They can barely even control the tiny sliver of land that was given to them for free by the British after WW1.
Without the puppet tyrants protecting their spineless backs, and without annual welfare checks from their sugar daddy in the US, they wouldn’t last a week.
May Allah (swt) cause the winds to increase and the fires to spread far and wide, and burn their illegitimate properties and all their beloved belongings to ashes, and take from them what they took from the people of the pure land of Al-Aqsa and its surrounding area.
We hope and pray that the fires in Israel dissipate quickly and that the people are saved from the suffering that these disasters tend to cause.
