Child Sent to Principal’s Office for Correctly Identifying Gender of Little Boy Who Claims He’s a Girl

Yesterday, this writer reported on the incident at Rocklin Academy, a California charter school, where a kindergarten teacher read a transgender promoting book to the class and allowed the transgender child to change clothing in the classroom causing many children to become confused and afraid.

The parental upset discussed in the article happened at a school board meeting where officials informed parents discussions will be forthcoming on how materials outside the curriculum will be handled.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Before the dust could even settle, Rocklin Academy has made the news again.

This time it was because a teacher sent a first-grade student to the principal’s office this week for “misgendering” the transgender student involved in the kindergarten classroom incident.

It is this more recent incident that has allowed more information to come forward regarding the first.

As reported by The Washington Times:

An elite charter school in California has been rocked by scandal since the end of the last school year, when a kindergarten teacher read her class a pair of books advocating transgender ideology, and a male kindergartener was reintroduced to the class as a girl.

Now first-graders at Rocklin Academy Gateway risk a trip to the principal’s office if they refer to their transgender classmate by the wrong name or gender pronoun, said Karen England, executive director of the Capitol Resource Institute, a pro-family group based in Sacramento.

“There was a little girl who had been in class with the little boy all last year,” Ms. England said. “They’re in different classes now, but she saw him on the playground yesterday and called him by his name. The little girl was told ‘you can’t do that, his name is this name,’ and ‘you need to call him a “her.”’ Then she was called to the principal’s office.”

Ms. England said she has been in touch with the girl’s parents and described them as “outraged.” She said they met with school officials to discuss the matter Wednesday.

It’s not clear whether the girl was disciplined for the infraction. Rocklin Academy did not return a request for comment before press time.

Breitbart reported on the same incident stating:

A Californian first grader was sent to the principal’s office this week after allegedly “misgendering” a transgender student.

The incident reportedly took place at California’s Rocklin Academy, in the school playground, where the female student called her biologically male classmate “by his given name – apparently unaware that the boy now identified as a girl,” according to Fox News.

“This innocent little first grader sees a classmate, calls him by the name she knew him last year and the boy reports it to a teacher,” claimed Karen England, from the Capitol Resource Institute. “The little girl gets in trouble on the playground and then gets called out of class to the principal’s office.”

During her visit to the principal’s office, the child was reportedly “investigated” to determine “whether or not she had bullied the transgender child by calling him by his original name.”

“After about an hour it was determined the little girl made an honest mistake and she was not punished or reprimanded. But she was terribly traumatized by the incident,” Fox News claimed.

After the child returned home upset, her mother wrote a letter to the school.

In her letter, the mother wrote, “I stressed over and over with the principal that I am all for protecting the rights of [the transgender child], but my children have rights as well.  It makes me sad that my daughter felt like she was punished for trying to be kind to the kid.”

The mother was allegedly informed “whenever there is a pronoun mishap with this biological boy who now claims to be a girl — the school must investigate.”

Call me whatever you will, but to expect children at this age to totally understand this entire mental illness scenario before their brain develops cognitively is beyond the insane.

Children should not even be exposed to this sort of thing in the classroom – government run school or not.

Make no mistake, if it were my child that was sent to the principal’s office, the principal would not receive a letter, but a visit; then, that principal would be told in no uncertain terms what I teach my child about this is how my child will view it.  And, each time my child is sent to the principal’s office for calling a boy a boy, I can be expected to be at the school every time.

Actually, I think I would remove my child and home school her.  An environment such as this school is creating for these children is toxic, stressful, harmful, and confusing.

The Washington Times provided clarification in their report on the first incident.

Ms. England stated, “The boy’s parents asked the teacher to read these books, that today was going to be the day that we are going to change his name and start presenting him as a girl.  And the school said yes.”

There has now been some controversy about the events in the book reading/clothes changing incidents.  While neither the school nor teacher confirmed the boy who “changed to a girl” left the classroom to change clothing, reports circulated claimed the boy left the classroom and changed into girls’ clothing.

According to Ms. England, “There’s some question about the sequence of events because the school is refusing to answer questions.  They’re telling parents to ask their 5-year-olds what happened.  We interviewed about one-third of the students — again, these are kindergarteners — but they all agreed that he came to school dressed one way and, at some point in the day, changed, and that his name became a girl’s name.”

About a week later Rocklin Academy sent a letter to parents to reassure them that the books read were “age appropriate children’s books, geared for ages 4-8.” The school pointed to its policy and California state law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender identity.

[Age appropriate, my Aunt Fanny.  Age appropriate material takes into account cognitive development.  And, a teenage boy deciding to be a girl who writes a book has no idea about cognitive development of children, whether receiving “expert” guidance or not.]

Legal counsel for the Rocklin Academy school board also delivered a PowerPoint presentation to parents on July 31. One slide said students have the “right to the use of his or her preferred pronoun at school and in class.”

[This should apply to teachers and faculty only, not children of this age. Parents allowing their child to “be a girl when the child is a boy” should not expect other children of the same age to follow “pseudo-law.”]

“Intentional use of the non-preferred pronoun is considered gender identity harassment,” the presentation said. “Don’t assume a preferred pronoun; ask.”

The presentation cited Obama administration guidance and Title IX, saying the cost of a federal investigation would be “astronomical, in both the financial and reputational senses.”

[The Obama administration is gone, — out the door.  Parents should put it to the test.]

Rocklin Academy sent parents follow-up letters addressing their complaints on Aug. 11 and 15.

The Aug. 11 letter said the board would not “ban specific books from being read to students in the classroom.” The Aug. 15 letter raised concerns about the “possibility of creating a slippery slope about what can and cannot be discussed in our classrooms.”

Ms. England called the arguments being advanced by the school “disingenuous.” She said parents aren’t asking for specific books to be banned or certain subjects to be off limits for discussion.

“All the parents want is notification before these controversial issues are brought up in the classroom,” she said.

[And, parents should be able to exclude their children from exposure to “controversial issues” a parent believes their child is incapable of handling or goes against the belief system the parents are teaching to their children, with impunity.]

The PowerPoint presentation noted that parents have a right to opt their children out of sex education under California law. But it said “diversity and tolerance curricula” do not qualify as “sex education.”

[Parents retain the right to opt their children out of school curricula they deem harmful to the child’s well-being – mental, emotional, and physical.]

According to Breitbart’s Neil Munro, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah introduced a “new” transgender plan last year where parents were to be “secretly” excluded from any “decisive role when their children experiment with any sexual ‘gender identities’ as male or female.”

While it is parents who normally initiate the issue with the school, it is the school who usually is involved first with older students.  So, the policy is to let the school sort it out without notifying the parents when the child is older.

There is so much wrong with all of this it is hard to know where to begin.

Why are these issues being pushed on children too young to understand because of some “directive” from a deranged, mentally ill, confused, narcissistic, ignoramus who occupied the presidency?

Why are guidelines from unconstitutional agencies being applied to private citizens (students)?

Those guidelines are pseudo-law.

But, for argument’s sake, those guidelines are intended for institutions, government agencies, etc., not students or private citizens.

Why is there even a need for “diversity and tolerance curricula”?

When some children who graduate high school have to take remedial classes in college for English, Reading, and Math, it seems more time should be devoted to “reading, ‘riting, and ‘rithmetic” – 86 the “diversity and tolerance curricula.”

And, what do children that age know about diversity and tolerance anyway?

As they use to say, “boys will be boys and girls will be girls.”

My mother is so fond of saying these days, “Stupidity knows no boundaries.”  As so often is the case, she is right.

The real question is “what is the solution to all of this?”

While Donald Trump has made some headway in his “Make America Great Again” platform, it will be up to the people to push back to force further change.

That being said, it is time for parents to boycott government schools.

It is time parents take a stand and remove their children from these institutions of debauchery.

After all, it is your tax dollars being spent.

If local school districts cease following these insane practices dictated by “pseudo-law,” parents can regain control over education.

Granted, the school may not receive federal money; but, the school should not receive it in the first place.

It is understood it takes both parents working to make ends meet – sometimes, one parent working two jobs, as was the case when I was growing up.

However, each parent has to ask themselves what would you do for your child’s well-being?

It’s easy to answer “anything,” but it is harder to do it.

Parents have to begin to stand up for their children:  If not you, who?

There are ways to educate your child at home starting out for free.  And, maybe several parents could get together to combine efforts educating several children at once in the neighborhood fashion of a time long past.

Being a former registered nurse, I offered to home school my sister’s and daughter’s children.  My sister chose to do it herself.  Unfortunately, my daughter …. well, let’s just say she hasn’t seen the light.

Currently, schools are not providing “education” to children but “indoctrination” into the social issue “fads” of the day, which are being pushed as normal and mainstream.

When less than three percent of the population passes itself off as the norm and government institutions, like schools, are fostering this “mental illness,” this presents itself as a danger to our children’s well-being, mental as well as physical.

All this is being done on the statistic that one in 300 individuals are transgender.

That’s a small percentage of people to declare others have no right to be free from indulging their mental derangement.  And, when one is talking about children being “transgender,” the majority of them with appropriate help will conquer their dysphoria.

The purpose of government, in a republic, is to protect the individual God-given rights of the people – it is a self-evident truth outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

When government seeks to impose the will of the minority over the rest of the people, denying the majority their rights, government has engaged in tyranny and despotism.

No one, child or adult, male or female, should be imposed upon to enable someone else’s fantasy or mental illness.
