Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right! – The Problem With Representatives Believing Their Job Is To Whine

The Democrats are learning some things that are going to be difficult for them to accept. There is so much wrong out there it is hard to keep track of it. Many Republicans are wrong and many Democrats are wrong. It reminds me of the Stealers Wheel song that goes: “Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right! Here I am stuck in the middle with you. Yes, I’m stuck in the middle with you and I’m wondering what it is I should do.”

Maybe in the name of finding common ground, we should agree to change the National Anthem to the Stealers Wheel song. Although I am not sure, Mason Proffit – Two Hangmen might describe America’s situation even better. Listen to the words and pay close attention, and you will see what I am talking about.

Common ground got me thinking about the latest whine from the man claiming to be governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz. I refuse to call him governor because people who violate the Constitution do not deserve that privilege. A big mistake of Walz is that he fails to realize the obedience of the people is a privilege that the government abuses to their own demise. So, I will call him Walz since we are in polite company. Referring to him as clown or joker might be confusing, as that describes most of those claiming to be elected in this country.

Walz recently said: “How do we find common ground when we have people that will not say the election is fair.” Walz was also whining about threats to his own family. Really, you do not like that your son was scared? Well, a lot of people do not like that their mom and dad or grandpa and grandma are being tortured in nursing homes because of Walz’s human rights violating executive order.

This is as bad as Trump whining that people should go home in peace and that the election was stolen from him. Trump is the top law enforcement officer in the country. If laws are broken, enforce them or shut up. Stop your whining!  It is your job to enforce the Constitution. If you will not do it, do not expect someone else to do it. Soldiers go into harm’s way under Trump’s command in the name of the Constitution, and all he does is whine that it was violated, as he refuses to enforce it. The troops, my fellow veterans and I, are supposed to be willing to die for the Constitution, and Trump is only willing to whine for it.

I realize not everyone values the Constitution as much as others, but we need to agree on one thing: The Constitution is just rules that are supposed to apply to everyone in government. Both my Democrat friends and Republican friends are tired of different rules that people in power have for us, and there being no rules for them.

Trump made a big mistake saying “go home in peace.” They can’t go home in peace. They have been under attack ever since the lockdowns began. You cannot lock my mother up and tell me I cannot see her, and claim I am living in peace. Walz cannot tell business owners that they need to remain closed and call that peace. Then, when people riot, whining that violence is wrong under all conditions, if violence is wrong, why are you using it against your own people? “Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right!”

Both the George Floyd protesters and the Washington protesters have legitimate grievances. They do not trust their government, and they do not believe they can solve the problems by voting. Nancy Pelosi and Walz mistakenly think they can fix that by whining and making Republicans say the election was fair. That is just making matters worse.

If you have your boot on someone’s throat, telling them it is wrong to bite your ankle is stupid. That is what Walz and Nancy are doing. They think they can torture the public into saying being tortured is nice. You do not get the public’s trust by being more dishonest. If the COVID cowards were not so afraid, there would be even more trouble. Just wait until they figure out they have been lied to.

To both my Democrat and Republican readers, tell me this, how does giving the pharmaceutical industry billions of dollars of your money, and immunity from being sued for any harm they cause, make them honest? How does dumping billions of dollars of your money into the healthcare industry make it honest? The third leading cause of death has been medical mistakes. A week before the lockdown, I was at a 2 and a half-day seminar, and one of the main points there was we need to not hurt our patients with our mistakes. Now, both Trump and Walz are claiming medical people are perfect, and it is impossible for them to cause harm. Ignore the suffering of your mother or grandmother, Trump and Walz say so. “Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right!”

Walz is playing dictator without an army. He does not have the power it will take to protect him from the evil he has done. If people were suffering and losing their business because they closed their own doors Walz would be safe, but Walz made them do it. Walz refuses to show the junk science he claims supports the evil he has done. Trump refuses to show the junk science he claims supports the evil he has done. Trump’s people have been doing it too.  Everyone deserves the blame.

When I say Walz is playing dictator without an army, you need to understand that. The population in Minnesota is 5.67 million (5,673,020). The George Floyd protest proved that if people want to burn down a police station they are going to do it. All that Walz did was respond to it, he did not stop it. Walz may be worried that they will burn down his house next. Walz demanding that the Republicans say what he wants them to say will not calm that anger. Watching their loved ones being tortured by Walz’s policies may eventually cause Democrats to hate Walz more than they hate Republicans.

Remember, solitary confinement is a punishment that is reserved for the most hardened criminals, people in nursing homes are not criminals, and should not be treated as criminals. The life expectancy is 78.7 years. For many of the victims of Walz’s order, they are sentenced to salutary confinement for life. They committed no crime, they are only the victims of fear, and an out of control Walz. They spent the last year of their life in solitary confinement. What was their life protected from? Did Walz want them to live longer just to die miserable and alone, instead of with their family at their side? That is what Trump, Walz and others have done. “Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right!”

The last question is what happens when people start going to the houses of the people in the legislature that have helped Walz do what he has done? As I said the population in Minnesota is 5.67 million (5,673,020). How many of those people hate and despise Waltz? How many of those people hate and despise the people in the legislature that have helped Walz do what he has done?

Trump, Biden and Walz better take their boots off the people’s throats, before more desperate people do more desperate things. “Clowns to the left of me! Jokers to the right!” Considering everything, I vote we make the national anthem Mason Proffit – Two Hangmen, way more descriptive.
