Criticize Islam, Risk Being a Victim of Jihad

Alarmed! Disarmed! No more “open carry” of guns by Joel Greenberg, Tax Collector, for official duties in Seminole County, Florida. This switch of policy is courtesy of the outgoing Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi. Yet, security should be the concern of taxpayers: A claim of Islamophobia, magnified by a lawsuit of discrimination, could expose Greenberg, government employees, and the public to violent Jihad.

Greenberg and guns

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

As Tax Collector and “revenue officer,” Greenberg announced in 2017 his intent to have certain employees “open carry” guns. Security primarily concerns seizures of property due to unpaid taxes. Greenberg explained an expected lower cost of security on premises at the tax offices, reported the Orlando Sentinel: “I’m a big believer in the Second Amendment, and this is mainly to protect our staff, our customers, and to serve as a deterrent.”

Greenberg’s policy is now challenged: A revenue officer, by definition, does not include a tax collector, according to an informal opinion of the Florida Attorney General. The Orlando Sentinel reported that the letter, dated December 17, 2018, is a non-binding response to an inquiry from the Brevard-Seminole State Attorney. The opinion should be posted on the AG’s website, but not yet.

Truth or Islamophobia?

The Geller Report reported: “A very simple question… Name just ONE society in the developed world that has benefited in ANY WAY from the introduction of more Muslims. Just one,” Joel Greenberg posted on his personal Facebook page. “Asking for a friend.” It was based on Neal Boortz’s Tweet, which linked to Jihad Watch’s story about a botched female genital mutilation.

“This is Islamophobic,” said Rasha Mubarak, a Muslim activist, who was the “Orlando Regional Coordinator for the Council on American Islamic Relations Florida.” In-other-words, a spokesperson for CAIR-Florida, until July 2018, according to her page on Facebook. CAIR was named a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates in 2014: Fox News. Rasha Mubarak now is the President of Young Democrats of Orange County, Florida.

Islamophobia is Employment Discrimination

Minaz Mukhi-Skees filed her Amended Complaint against her former employers: Seminole County’s two agencies: The Tax Collector, and Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller. Skees’ allegations of religious and pregnancy discrimination, wrapped in legalese, are effectively Sharia: Islamophobia is employment discrimination. Skees claimed she was fired for being a Muslim: “Joel Greenberg has had a history of posting several anti-Muslim posts on social media.”

Her former employers alleged that Skees was a trouble-maker. “Officials with the tax collector’s office wouldn’t comment on pending litigation, but did provide WESH 2 News with the response it gave to EEOC after the Charge of Discrimination she filed last year. The office suggested there was a, sic ‘negative attitude exhibited toward both her colleagues and her supervisors,’ and that she was, ‘difficult to work with and was often uncooperative.’”

The Tax Collector filed an Answer and Affirmative Defenses, to name one: “Defendant affirmatively asserts that plaintiff was discharged for legitimate, non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory business reasons.”

The Court Clerk filed a Motion to Dismiss: “As with all employees, Plaintiff was an at-will employee and was hired into a ninety (90) day probationary period. Very soon after Plaintiff’s employment began, Plaintiff exhibited various performance problems. For example, Plaintiff criticized the Clerk’s Office’s procedures and the personal knowledge of other team members. Plaintiff’s actions created a significant amount of ill-will and discord among her peers and team members. Because of these, and other problems, the Clerk’s Office terminated Plaintiff’s employment within the probationary period.”

Sharia law

Criticism of Islam, apostasy, or refusing to convert to Islam, has the penalty of death.

Under Sharia law, the unbelieving Kafir has only three options:

  1. Convert to Islam;
  2. Become a second-class citizen, and pay Jizya, a tax; or
  3. Die.

Every Muslim has a duty to fulfill Sharia and commit Jihad. Has the above been denied publicly by so-called moderate Muslims? They defend that they do not personally advocate violence. Yet, as devout Muslims, they must practice Taqiyya: Lying to Infidels, non-believers.

Is it a phobia (irrational fear) of Muslims who have the ability and will to kill you?

Conclusion

For the crime of public discourse, Joel Greenberg has blasphemed Islam and Muhammad. By implication, a defacto Fatwa requires a sentence of death against Greenberg.

Security should be the concern of taxpayers: A claim of Islamophobia, magnified by a lawsuit of discrimination, could expose Joel Greenberg, government employees, and the public to violent Jihad.

When seconds count, police are minutes away.” The Tax Collector’s office may prohibit “open carry,” but may certain employees “conceal carry” guns? If not, then neither Greenberg, the government employees, or the public are safe from a “Charlie Hebdo” style attack by Jihadis.

Criticize Islam, and you risk being a victim of Jihad. That is why, as a citizen and attorney, I have a concealed weapon. I’m “locked and loaded!”
