Dancing With The Devil: WEF’s Klaus Schwab’s “Dinnerboy” Kevin McCarthy Elected Speaker After Making Major Concessions (Video)

I want people to see that this is exactly what I reference when I talk about DC being nothing more than a WWE match.  The alleged concessions from Kevin McCarthy to the Freedom Caucus only demonstrates that those in the “Freedom Caucus” can be bought off, plain and simple.  Remember, this is the same McCarthy supported by the “father of the vaccine” Donald Trump and the same McCarthy that really likes World Economic Founder Klaus Schwab, aka Dr. Evil, so much that he enjoys dinner with him.

Now, after years of this man’s track record of voting about 60% constitutionally on bills before the House of Representatives, these other players in the circus of politics are caving to alleged concessions he is giving them to put the gavel in his hand.  What are they thinking?

We had Florida Representative Matt Gaetz promote Trump for Speaker of the House while opposing Trump’s choice of McCarthy, demonstrating he is part of the clown show as well.  Do they not understand that when you deal with the Devil, you will lose?  Apparently not.

Victor Nava reports:

At long last, a battle for House speaker not seen since the mid-19th century ended early Saturday morning when Rep. Kevin McCarthy peeled off enough Republican holdouts on the 15th ballot to end the four-day marathon contest.

McCarthy, a California Republican, took hold of the gavel after appeasing members of the House Freedom Caucus with promises to cap spending at 2022 levels, allow any one member to call for a vote to oust him, and expand the House Rules Committee to include more members of the Freedom Caucus, among other concessions.

“That was easy, huh?” McCarthy joked to House members in his first speech as speaker. “I never thought we’d get up here.”

Friday’s late night voting began after the House reconvened at 10 p.m. Hours earlier, McCarthy failed the first two speakership votes of the day – the 12th and 13th ballots of the week.

He was also dealt a stunning defeat, by one vote, on the 14th ballot in a roll call filled with high drama. It was his best performance since voting began on Tuesday.

McCarthy finally won the 15th ballot with 216 votes. Democratic Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries placed second with 212 votes from the entire Democratic caucus, which was unified on all ballots cast this week.

CNN reported on Friday that McCarthy and his allies had been working during the break between sessions to convince holdouts to vote “present” instead of for another candidate, in order for the threshold of votes needed for McCarthy to become speaker to drop.

McCarthy flipped 15 previous GOP holdout votes following the 13th ballot, leaving Andy Biggs of Arizona, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Matt Gaetz of Florida, Eli Crane of Arizona, Bob Good of Virginia, and Matt Rosendale of Montana as the remaining GOP opposition to his speakership.

On the 15th ballot Friday night, Boebert, Gaetz, Biggs, Good, Rosendale, and Crane stopped voting for opposition candidates and helped hand McCarthy the speaker’s gavel.

Now, the political junkies chimed in thinking this is a great thing, these concessions, and they actually believe that if McCarthy alters the deal that these representatives are going to shut him down.  Seriously, they believe this despite how easily they sold out.

I wouldn’t bet the farm on it DC Draino.

Yeah, don’t count on it. No respects given here by this author.

And here are more that think like that.

OK, fair enough. I’ll believe it when I actually see it. Until then, dog and pony show.

Negotiating? I thought we didn’t negotiate with terrorists. I stand corrected.

And here’s another…

Just watch and see, they will continue to pass unconstitutional spending bills. In fact, it’s almost like they have to do it due to the bankruptcy of the US and due to the corporate fascism we’ve been seeing in this country for decades.

Of course, Thomas Massie, whom I actually applaud his voting record, was put on a committee, but not in charge of it.
