Attractive nuisance.
After Texas attempted to secure the border, the Biden administration and its open borders media are claiming that three migrants, a woman and two children, supposedly drowned in the Rio Grande because border patrol agents were not able to be in place to save them.
The only reason Texas has been denying access to the border patrol is because federal personnel were turned into coyotes smuggling illegal alien invaders into America.
Texas did not cause that woman and her kids to cross the Rio Grande… Biden did.
By maintaining an open border, Biden created an “attractive nuisance”. Homeowners have been sued under that doctrine for having an unsafe swimming pool that kids jump into and then suffer an accident even when the kids are trespassing.
What goes for a swimming pool goes a thousandfold for the United States of America and its social welfare system.
We know that the only reason a mass invasion is taking place is because Biden chooses to not only allow it, but to shut down any efforts to prevent it. He’s gone to court to fight Texas over its effort to at least slow down the horrifying assault on the border.
There is a legal immigration system. Biden chose to replace it with open borders. Open borders are inherently unsafe. There is a safe solution and that is to build a wall and stop letting in anyone who shows up at a border crossing.
Biden effectively lured that mother and her kids here. Their deaths are his responsibility.
