Democrat Staffer Jackson Cosko Arrested For Doxxing 3 GOP Senators

The fact that self-professed “Democrat political professional & cybersecurity graduate student” Jackson Cosko worked for Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, Senator Maggie Hassan and retired Senator Barbara Boxer should have nothing to do with anything, right?  But it does because Cosko has now been arrested by Capitol Police for doxxing (posting private, identifying information) about several US Republican senators.

Following Senator Lindsey Graham’s berating of Senate Democrats for helping to destroy the character of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, several Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee had their home addresses and phone numbers published on their Wikipedia pages last Thursday.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

According to The Washington Times:

The victims included Republican Sens. Mike Lee and Orrin G. Hatch of Utah and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

According to Caleb Hull, director of content at the Republican technology firm Targeted Victory, the wife of Mr. Hatch “has been receiving calls nonstop ON HER BIRTHDAY and their home address was made public.”

CongressEdits, a bot account that for four years automatically retweets edits to Wikipedia made anonymously from IP addresses associated with the U.S. Congress, said the information was also posted on Mr. Lee and Mr. Graham “from US House of Representatives.”

The article auto-posted screen shots supporting the edits being made and noting the inclusion of private information, a practice known as “doxxing.”

Now, if you don’t think Senate Democrats had anything to do with this, you are seriously naive.

According to Chad Pergram, “In alleged Senate doxing incident, USCP charge Jackson Cosko with Making Public Restricted Personal Information. Witness Tampering, Threats in Interstate Communications, Unauthorized Access of a Government Computer, 2nd Degree Burglary & Unlawful Entry.”

I brought up Sheila Jackson Lee at the beginning because video has been circulating that showed during the Christine Ford testimony, Lee passed an envelope to one of Ford’s attornies, and the question is what was in the envelope?  Was it payoff money?  What was it?  If you haven’t seen it, here it is.

We already know this woman is stupid, but this is a new level of stupidity.

Was the is a payoff? Are the attorneys really "pro-bono"? What was being passed here. Seems like something that needs to be "investigated."

On top of that, Cosko sent a letter recently on Jackson Lee’s behalf urging cosponsorship of HR 6545, the “VAWA Reauthorization Act of 2018.”

The three people mentioned at the beginning are not the only representatives the 27-year-old Cosko has been servicing.  He also was a legislative correspondent for Senator Maggie Hasan, whose intern yelled “F You!” to President Donald Trump, according to Frank Thorp.  Cosko has also worked as a Lead Field Organizer at Generation Forward PAC in 2015.

While the information about the senators could probably be easily obtained in the public domain, the fact that Cosko put it out in the manner he did, was an obvious attempt at harassment.  Now, he’s facing multiple charges that should bring some heavy justice, but I doubt we’ll actually see anything happen to him that resembles justice.
