Does Someone Want To Remind This President That He Is The Commander In Chief, Not The Victim! He Has the Legal Power To Prosecute, But He Doesn’t!

“Trump supporters are deluded into thinking that the President does not have the legal power to prosecute them that are allegedly attacking him, he does.”

I have to say that I am astounded at the absolute willful stupidity going on in this country. The ignorance of the Bible and the ignorance of the U. S. Constitution is the perfect recipe of self-destruction.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” -Hosea 4:6

The politicians put his or her hand on the Bible swearing to uphold what is found within its pages, and at the same time, swearing to uphold the enumerated laws found within the pages of the United States Constitution (Deuteronomy 23:23).

Now, I say that to say this: we are constantly under mainstream media’s barrage of misinformation that, somehow or another, this president is under continual assault? Let me ask you, under assault from whom? Let me tell you, from those who he should, in fact, prosecute for their crimes against “We the People.”

The President of the United States is the Commander-in-Chief (Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution).  The Commander-in-Chief clause states: “[t]he President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States.”

Article 2, Section 3 of the U. S. Constitution:

He is to faithfully execute the Laws He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

Article 6, Section 2 of the U. S. Constitution:

Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;

So, now you have it, this is the authority of the United States president when it comes to his ability to deal with criminals in Washington (Draining the swamp) and abroad.

It is his job to condemn the wicked and to justify the righteous (Proverbs 20:8) and the American people are to see to it that he does just that, not defend him from it.

“If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.” -Deuteronomy 25:1
