The best summary of the situation here may be that the lead coverage on Egypt’s ban of David Kirkpatrick is Al Jazeera, the Qatari terrorist propaganda network that is interlinked with promoting the Muslim Brotherhood.
The New York Times hack has many low points in his career. But a particular low point came when he tried to perpetuate the “Benghazi was just a YouTube protest hoax” right when it was coming apart.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
This is an embarrassing moment in Kirkpatrick’s career of shamelessly shilling for Jihadists that he would rather forget.
The chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee said that key conclusions of a recent New York Times investigation into the 2012 Benghazi attack are wrong.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) rejected the Times’s conclusion that al Qaeda wasn’t responsible for the attack that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. She also took issue with the notion that the Libya strike was sparked by a U.S.-made anti-Islam video online.
“I believe that groups loosely associated with al Qaeda were” involved in the attack, she told The Hill last week. “That’s my understanding.”
She also disputed the notion that the Sept. 11, 2012, assault evolved from a protest against the video, which was widely disseminated by Islamic clerics shortly before the attack.
“It doesn’t jibe with me,” she said.
Benghazi family members also blasted Kirkpatrick.
On Sunday, December 29, 2013, the New York Times published a story concerning the Benghazi attacks that directly contradicts the sworn testimony of witnesses who appeared before various committees. Besides the obvious New York Times editorial and political objectives of inoculating Hillary Clinton and her 2016 presidential campaign from further criticism of her failures as Secretary of State, the story contradicts objective truth and established facts in a way that confuses the public
Even other media outlets took David Kirkpatrick to the woodshed.
But if you really want to see why Egypt voted “pass” on a David Kirkpatrick visit, consider his recent cheerleading for the murderous Muslim Brotherhood organization.
“The United States’ aversion to the Muslim Brotherhood, which is more apparent in the current Trump administration, is the root of a predicament across the entire Arab world. The eradication of the Muslim Brotherhood is nothing less than an abolition of democracy and has guaranteed that Arabs will continue living under authoritarian and corrupt regimes.”
There are efforts here in Washington, encouraged by some Arab states that do not support freedom and democracy, to persuade Congress to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. If they succeed, the designation will weaken the fragile steps towards democracy and political reform that have already been curbed in the Arab world… the emergence of Islamic democracy, such as the Ennahda movement in Tunisia, and the maturing of democratic transformation in the other countries.
The leaders of both Islamist groups had called for the mass murder of Jews. Not something the media has a problem with.
Egypt kicking David Kirkpatrick to the curb results in media outrage. The media endorsing Jihadists who call for another Holocaust is fine with the media.
