Is Corporate America Coercing Employees & The Medical Profession Re: COVID-19?
The right to be free from excessive force, the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, and the right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment are fundamental rights protected by law.
If you are willing to give up your civil liberties to your employer dismissing your physician written medical exemption on wearing a mask, you must be willing to accept it will not end there. An employer, a human resource head and their legal team cannot play with a potentially life threatening diagnosis and terminate your employment or order you to “mask up” or quit your job.
Anyone wearing a mask with a diagnosis of asthma having to use a nebulizer or inhalers several times a day for restricted breathing, while wearing a mask, should never be labeled as having “intermittent respiratory distress.” This from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website which contradicts itself and is a threat to the physical and mental health of individuals whose breathing is impeded by mask wearing. An exemption from mask wearing due to medical reasons is:
- A person with a disability who cannot wear a mask because it would cause the person to be unable to breathe or have respiratory distress if a mask were worn over the mouth and nose. A person with a condition that causes intermittent respiratory distress, such as asthma, likely does not qualify for this exemption because people with asthma, or other similar conditions, can generally wear a mask safely.
After Joe Biden took office, Anthony Fauci, MD began serving as one of the lead members of the White House COVID-19 Response Team. Fauci is additionally serving as Biden’s chief medical advisor. He has become quite a celebrity at 80 years old with a controversial past medical career. He waffles almost daily on COVID directives, but never passes a camera he doesn’t like and never seems to pass up an opportunity to be interviewed by the media.
This taken off the CDC website dated April 2021. Keep in mind, the CDC, as well as Fauci, change and contradict themselves on an almost daily basis.
The following categories of people are exempt from the requirement to wear a mask:
- A child under the age of 2 years;
- A person with a disability who cannot wear a mask, or cannot safely wear a mask, for reasons related to the disability;
- A person for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to workplace health, safety, or job duty as determined by the workplace risk assessment.

This is only the beginning of corporate America overstepping their role in your rights as a citizen of the United States of America. They might be better served to hold China accountable for a pandemic they caused and are profiting from financially. Hopefully well-known legal professionals will not drag their heels on taking lawsuits against employers masquerading as medical professionals and jeopardizing employees’ health and livelihood by threatening them.
It is time to remain the United States of America — not the United States of China or the United States of Fauci.
