FBI Finds Biden Classified Docs from Senate Over Decade Ago

A clear pattern of misconduct going back decades.

Unlike the events at Mar-a-Lago, the FBI courteously waited for permission to search Biden’s home. There was no armed raid. No kicking out anyone from Casa de Biden and probably no rude questions about whether any of Biden’s associates removed any of the more problematic stuff before the search.

“During the search, which lasted from around 9:45 a.m. to around 10:30 p.m. Friday, members of Mr. Biden’s personal legal team were present along with officials from the White House Counsel’s Office, according to Mr. Bauer’s statement.”

Nice of the DOJ to offer every possible courtesy to their boss.

The FBI search found more classified documents. And at the rate things are going, there’ll be classified documents scattered across half of Delaware.

While the media is trying to draw favorable comparisons to Trump, Biden’s people had six years to sort this out. Unlike the Mar-a-Lago situation. Documents with classified markings were just lying around a private residence and sitting in a garage for inexplicable reasons for a long enough period that Biden had time to leave office, launch a civilian career, run for president and serve in office for two years.

There’s really no excuse for that. And it gets worse.

“DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President. DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years.”

The Senate. That’s at least 2009, but could go back to the 90s or the 80s or even further. They’d likely be from his time on the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee.

This is not just 6 years, it could be decades ago. At least over a decade.

That’s bad.

It also shows a clear pattern of ongoing misconduct. And from a time when he had fewer staffers to blame it on.
