And then comes Ray Comfort’s “Hell’s Best Kept Secret.”
23 years ago, I was saved from my sins (Matthew 1:21).
I was broken down to nothing so that the Lord could make something out of me (Romans 8:17).
In this process, I found myself reading the Word of God at home and then going to church on Wednesdays and Sundays to find that what I was reading was not happening in this church. I was confused to say the least and I knew that I was missing something of biblical relevance.
I also found myself reading in the church library for answers and clarity that I was not getting in this particular church.
I began to read testimonies of men of old such as Charles H. Spurgeon, John Wesley, John G. Lake, William and Catherine Boothe, Charles Finney, John Bunyan, Smith Wigglesworth, John Knox, Jonathan Edwards, Martin Luther, etc. and noticed that the men of God back then were not at all what I saw of them that claimed to be men of God today (Isaiah 8:20; Jeremiah 6:16).
And then comes Ray Comfort’s “Hell’s Best Kept Secret,” which brought clarity to finally get me on Biblical track (Galatians 3:24).
