Hillary Clinton has an Absolutely Anti-American Stance on Guns and the Terror Watchlist

“If the FBI is watching you for a suspected terrorist link, you shouldn’t be able to just go buy a gun with no questions asked… And yes, if you’re too dangerous to get on a plane, you are too dangerous to buy a gun in America.”Hillary Clinton

I found myself gawking in awe at my television earlier this week in response to some comments that flowed freely and completely “unironically” from Hillary Clinton’s mouth. The Democrat candidate for President was commenting on the recent terror attack in Orlando and once again toeing the party line about the danger of guns when she offhandedly remarked that anyone of interest to the FBI was probably too dangerous to own a gun.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?

Almost anyone can be put on a no-fly list or a watchlist for any number of reasons. In fact, often innocent Americans are put on these lists and never even know about it. So, Mrs. Clinton believes that these people should all (without actually being accused, questioned, or charged with anything) have their 2nd Amendment RIGHTS repealed?

This belief isn’t too far-fetched these days as this “watchlist” test has become the new liberal idea dujour (even though none of the mass shooters in our history has ever been on this list at the time of their LEGAL gun purchase). What does make Clinton’s comments so unbelievable is the fact that she is currently being investigated by the FBI for a laundry list of felonies and yet she seems to believe that it is perfectly reasonable to still be running for President!

So, you’re of interest to the FBI you are too dangerous to buy a gun, but you can totally run for President? Ridiculous. Hillary Clinton is abso-freaking-lutely ridiculous.

Transcript with my commentary:

Hillary: I believe weapons of war have no place on our streets and we may have our disagreements about gun safety regulations, but we should all be able to agree on a few essential things.

If the FBI is watching you for a suspected terrorist link, you shouldn’t be able to just go buy a gun with no questions asked.

Me: (Um. You can’t. Every legal purchase of a gun – even in a pro-gun state like Florida goes through several layers of checks.)

Hillary: And you shouldn’t be able to exploit loopholes and evade criminal background checks by buying online or at a gun show.

Me: (You can’t do that either. The rules are the same through a dealer online, at a gun show, or in a store.)

Hillary: And yes, if you’re too dangerous to get on a plane, you are too dangerous to buy a gun in America.

Me: (Then you should definitely be too dangerous to run for president.)

Hillary: Now, I know some will say that assault weapons and background checks are totally separate issues having nothing to do with terrorism. Well, in Orlando and San Bernardino terrorists used assault weapons, the AR-15. And they used it to kill Americans. That was the same assault weapon used to kill those little children in Sandy Hook.

Me: (An AR-15 was not used in Orlando. Also, there is no such thing as an assault weapon. Even if he had used an AR-15, they are not automatic and operate exactly as any handgun or other semi-automatic long rifle. To draw a distinction between rifles based on how they look is just stupid.)

Hillary: We have to make it harder for people who should not have those weapons of war. And that may not stop every shooting or every terrorist attack, but it will stop some and it will save lives and it will protect our first responders.

Me: (Yeah, because disarming law abiding citizens will make them safer. Perhaps, if a law abiding citizen in Orlando had been carrying a firearm someone could have stopped the tragedy before it began.)

Hillary: And I want you to know, I’m not going to stop fighting for these kinds of provisions.

Me: (You are a corrupt, immoral, and useless no account. And I won’t ever trust a word you say.)
