HILLARY BROKE ELECTION LAW WITH PAYMENT TO DOSSIER AUTHOR

The conservative non-profit the Coolidge Reagan Foundation has filed a lawsuit in federal court accusing theĀ  Hillary Clinton campaign of breaking election law with the payments made to Christopher Steele.

By:Ā TTN,Ā June20,2019:

Steele was the author of the anti-Trump dossier and is a British citizen.

According toĀ The Washington Times:

The lawsuit from TheĀ Coolidge Reagan FoundationĀ says the Clinton campaign andĀ Democratic National CommitteeĀ accepted something of value from a foreign national,Ā Mr. Steele, in the form of Kremlin anti-TrumpĀ smut.

The suitā€™s purpose is to persuade a federal judge to order theĀ FECĀ to vote on whether to open a formal investigation. CoolidgeĀ ReaganĀ filed anĀ FECĀ complaint in August. It was accepted for review, but there has been no formal commission action, according toĀ Dan Backer, theĀ foundationā€™s founder and president.

ā€¦

ā€œThe Clinton campaign, notĀ Trump, collaborated with the Russians in a desperate, and ultimately failed, attempt to steal the election,ā€ says the August 2018 complaint. It namesĀ Mr. Steele, the Clinton campaign, theĀ DNCĀ and Perkins Coie, the Democratsā€™ law firm, as respondents.

ā€œI thinkĀ WeintraubĀ is full of hot air,ā€Ā Mr. BackerĀ told The Washington Times. ā€œI mean, after all, sheā€™s very serious aboutĀ Trumpā€™s comment, but she hasnā€™t done anything about our complaint.ā€

Weintraubā€™s made this statement to Twitter:

The lawsuit was in response to Weintraubā€™s statement.

She is a Democrat and looks to be operating on a double standard.
