How An 8-Year-Old Does Ministry At The Sons Of Liberty!

My family and I have a ministry called The Sons of Liberty.  That means we preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  My Dad also has a radio program that he does every day except Sunday, too.  We have done lots of events across America.  We talk at schools, universities, Tea Parties, churches, and many other places. We do this because God said, “…Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).  God sent His only begotten Son into the world to die on the cross for our sins  “…that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).  So, we want to lead others to Him.

We want other people to know about Jesus so they can be saved, do His work here on earth, and go to Heaven, too. Every night, my Dad reads the Bible, so he can be prepared to reach other people for Christ.  My mom sets up the events, and I like doing events because we help with the table and pass out tracts to the people. I pass out my Dad’s testimony books too, which tells the story of how he found God (Or maybe shows how God found him).

It’s hard’s work doing ministry, but the whole family helps. My oldest brother produces the radio show, and all my brothers and I write articles for our website too.  That’s why you are reading this right now! 🙂 We also all help with our ministry booth at the Minnesota State Fair!  There is a lot of work to be done and if you live in Minnesota, you can come and see us at our booth at the fair!  That’s another place where we all work.

The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 4:5 to “…do the work of an evangelist…”  An evangelist is someone who goes out and preaches the Gospel to people so they can be saved. So, it’s not only us that should be doing it, but you too!  We are thankful for the people that help us to be able to reach people for Christ.

So let’s get busy, there’s lots of work to do!
