Illegal Who Burned Woman Alive in NYC Subway Was Deported By Trump, Welcomed Back by Biden
The NY Post is reporting the Trump administration deported the Guatemalan illegal alien who burned a NYC woman alive – and he eventually re-entered, allowing him to commit this heinous crime.
He first entered the US illegally at the Arizona border in 2018, but was nabbed just days later and shipped back home.
by April 2023 he was staying at a Days Inn hotel on 36th Street which had been converted into a migrant shelter — the first of four tax-funded facilities in the city.
When he was issued a transit ticket in 2023, he gave an address of a shelter on Randall’s Island, the sources said.
On Sunday, police said he was at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station, calmly watching the sleeping passenger he allegedly set on fire as she apparently burned to death.
The most recent record of him was 2023. Biden administration did not deport him.
Biden, Hochul, Bragg all have blood on their hands.

NY Post: He sneaked into our country in 2018, was deported and came back at some point, reportedly staying in a shelter on the taxpayers’ dime. Remember when sensible New Yorkers said the migrant situation was untenable? Now it’s deadly.
But also, there’s a chilling apathy toward our fellow citizens — and a gross fascination with filming on our phones, not intervening.
Too many people captured the subway snuff film and posted their footage, with one guy commentating like he’s watching a mind-bending immersive art display.

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, the animal charged with lighting the match that set the innocent subway rider on fire — thus igniting a hellscape that feels like a metaphor for New York City’s decaying underground.
The footage itself is a dystopian horror show: a female figure standing like a zombie while her sadistic torturer sits on the platform and watches her body be eaten by flames. (NYP)
