Is North Dakota State University Covering Up Student Immigration Fraud Facilitated By Ilhan Omar?

The investigation into Ilhan Omar, who is now the first Muslim Congresswoman, is getting more salacious and scandalous by the hour.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

During her campaign, Omar was accused of marrying her brother for the purposes of committing immigration fraud when it was revealed that she was legally married to two people at the same time, and new documents from North Dakota State University (NDSU) strongly suggest Omar may have committed student loan fraud through her marriage with Elmi (believed to be her brother).

On a marriage certificate dated February 12, 2009, it says that Ilhan Abdullaahi Omar married a man by the name of Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in Hennepin County, Minnesota, who she herself identified as a British citizen.

On another application dated September 30, 2002, Omar applied for a marriage license in Minnesota to marry the father of her children, Ahmed “Hirsi”, otherwise known as Ahmed Aden.

As both marriage license applications filled out by Omar reveals, both her legal husband and her “cultural husband” have the same first name, Ahmed.

At the time of her marriage to Elmi, Omar was said to be attending North Dakota State University with Elmi.

According to Christopher Wilson, Chief of Staff at the Office of the President at NDSU, Elmi attended NDSU as a student of art from the fall of 2010- Spring of 2012. In an email, Wilson said that Omar graduated in 2011, which would mean that Elmi stayed in North Dakota for a full year after Omar, who was then his legal on paper wife, graduated.

In previous statements, Omar has said, “Insinuations that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is my brother are absurd and offensive.”

Omar said she and Elmi divorced in their “faith tradition” in 2011 and he moved back to England immediately after. In 2016, she said she was in the process of getting legally divorced from Elmi. In the statement, Omar confirmed she is currently married, in her “faith tradition”, to Hirsi (her cultural husband) and the couple is raising their family, which includes three children, together.

In this 2016 statement which Omar provided to Fox9 in Minnesota, she said she divorced Elmi in 2011 and that he moved back to England. However, as email correspondence from NDSU proves, Omar’s statement is a lie, because Elmi was a student at NDSU from 2010-2012.

This begs the question, was Omar’s marriage with Elmi an act of immigration and student loan fraud intended to aid Elmi and Omar in the process of getting student loans or a student visa for Elmi?

Why would Omar say that she divorced Elmi in 2011 and that the moved back to England if they were still documented as being married in 2012 while he was still in the United States attending an American university?

An even better question, how come the media in Minnesota ignored this when they could have simply contacted NDSU for Omar and Elmi’s school records?

This isn’t the only thing Omar has lied about with regards to her time at NDSU. In an interview in which she was laughing about Islamic terrorism, Omar claimed that her terrorism professor at NDSU was a CNN commentator. Further investigation proves that was a lie, and her professor has never been on CNN, as reported by Laura Loomer.

According to a university official from NDSU who wishes to remain anonymous out of a fear of being fired, Elmi came to the United States on a foreign student visa from the United Kingdom. How did Elmi come to the US on a foreign student visa if he was married to Ilhan Omar, who was at the time, a US citizen and student at NDSU with children from a marriage to a man named Ahmed Hirsi, who is also a Somali immigrant?

Loomer tried to confirm this tip with Wilson and the Office of the President at NDSU, but they refused to provide further information on an elected member of Congress, citing FERPA laws. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

Adding further suspicion to NDSU’s refusal to release these records, which are likely to prove immigration or student visa and or student loan fraud, Omar has a 16 year old daughter.

Feb 22, 2019 Instagram Post by Ilhan Omar

On February 22, Omar posted a picture of herself and her daughter on Instagram with the caption.

“Happy 16th birthday my love, I know I say this to you all the time but you are a constant source of pride for me. It’s an honor to be your mother and fellow human with you. With love, Hooyo.”

Omar told Fox9 amid the controversy surrounding her multiple marriages that

“In 2002, when I was 19 years old, Ahmed Hirsi (whose name before he received citizenship was Ahmed Aden), the father of my children and love of my life, and I, applied for a marriage license, but we never finalized the application and thus were never legally married. In 2008, we decided to end our relationship in our faith tradition after reaching an impasse in our life together. I entered into a relationship with a British citizen, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, and married him legally in 2009. Our relationship ended in 2011 and we divorced in our faith tradition. After that, he moved home to England. I have yet to legally divorce Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, but am in the process of doing so. Insinuations that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is my brother are absurd and offensive.”

Omar claims she divorced Elmi in 2017.

If Omar’s daughter is 16 years old, that means that her daughter was born in 2003. Omar’s daughter would have been six years old at the time of Omar’s attendance at NDSU when she claimed that she was married to Elmi, who she married in 2009 after being married to Hirsi in 2002.

Omar has three children. Two of her children were born before Omar married Elmi, and the third child was born in 2012. University records from NDSU show that Omar attended NDSU till 2011, and Elmi attended till 2012, which means that Omar was most likely pregnant with Ahmed Hirsis’s third child while she was still legally married to Elmi. Omar is a devout Muslim. Everywhere she goes she emphasizes the fact that she is a Muslim. Under Islamic law, adultery is a punishable offense by death. Engaging in a relationship with another man while being married to another man is the definition of adultery.

Here in the United States, we don’t practice Sharia law…yet. That might change in a few years now that we have jihadists in Congress. However, according to US law, incest is illegal and immigration fraud is a crime.

In her statement to Fox9 about allegations that she married her brother, Omar said,

“Insinuations that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi is my brother are absurd and offensive.”

Well, what are the chances that Omar’s legal husband, Elmi, who she married in 2009, has the same legal name as Omar’s biological father?

In Islamic tradition, it is customary for sons to be named after their fathers. Omar and her family are Somali and Muslim.

In Somali culture, children are given a three-part name.

“Somali children are usually given a three-part name. The first name is a chosen name. The middle name traditionally is the first name of the child’s father. The last name is the child’s paternal grandfather’s first name. Women usually do not change their last name when they marry, so married parents often will have different last names than each other and their children,” according to a 2016 report titled Fact check: How Somali names are chosen.”

Omar’s father’s name is Nur Said Elmi Mohamed. He husband and alleged brother’s name is Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

Campaign Email From Ilhan Omar’s Father, Nur Said Elmi Mohamed

Photos on social media reveal a strong resemblance between Omar’s husband and her father

Omar, her father, and her legal husband (alleged to be her brother) are all Somali. A report published by Alpha News, a local Minnesota publication, has proven that Sahra Noor is Ilhan Omar’s sister. In the screenshot of one of her Facebook posts, Noor refers to her father, who is also Omar’s father, as Nur Said.

Fox 9 previously reported some discrepancies between Omar’s stated husband and marriage certificates that are on file with Hennepin County and the state. Following the Fox9 report, Omar herself admitted that Elmi, who she married, is a British citizen and said he is not her brother.

However, screenshots from Elmi’s Instagram which have since been deleted show a picture of two young girls, who were born before Omar’s marriage to Elmi, with a caption that reads, “these girls rock my world. #nieces #uncle“.

Omar like the picture with her Instagram account under the username “hameey”. The Alpha News report continues:

“A bag held by one of the young girls is from RHYL, a UK primary school located in Camden just outside of Central London. The date corresponds with both Omar’s statement that she and Elmi were no longer together as he went back to the UK in 2012.

One thing that stood out is that Ilhan Omar’s “loved” the picture on Instagram. Her Instagram handle @hameey is seen as liking the photos of the two young girls. Note that she likes the post two years after she supposedly split with Elmi.

A collage posted by Omar on her Instagram page in August 2015 shows an older version of the two girls with Omar. In the post, she states that she is “Taking a break from the adults and having a fun day at Camden Lock w/ my nieces #londontrip #qualitytime.” Both Elmi and Omar share nieces with almost exact facial structure and both live in Camden in the United Kingdom. These two girls either belong to Leila Nur Said Elmi or Mohamed Nur Said Elmi.

The most damning piece of evidence obtained by Alpha News was a post by an Ilhan Omar supporter named Mulki Xirsi on Facebook, the night of Omar’s primary victory.

While the post is in Somali, Alpha News put it through Google Translate. While not 100% accurate, when we checked the word for word translation, this is what it said:

“We send congratulations establish my sister Ilhan Omar and Ahmed Hirsi my sister a victory in recent elections have to the. Ilhan Omar is dadadashey sister God I pray that you will make your office taken, I want to thank here establish nephew Nur Said, Sahra Nur, Leila Elmi, Mohamed Nur Said Relatives and family and all the contributors to the activities of the heaviest dog Ilhan experiences. I also want to thank repeat on behalf of my sons and daughters, as the relentless Hirsi branch supported Ilhan Nur Said …”

Through their investigation, Alpha News found that Nur Said Elmi Mohamed had 5 biological children.

“Ilhan Omar and Sahra Noor both came with Nur Said Elmi Mohamed to the United States in the 1990’s, while Mohamed Nur Said Elmi, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, and Leila Nur Said Elmi live in the United Kingdom,” according to Alpha News.

The two young girls are believed to be the daughters of Leila Nur Said, Omar’s sister who lives in the UK.

Facts are funny things, aren’t they?

Immigration fraud is a serious offense and the evidence outlined regarding Omar’s two husbands, her family history, and suspicious university records from NDSU speak for itself.

NDSU’s refusal to provide further information about Omar’s marital status, student loans, and living situation while she was legally married to a man believed to be her brother who also attended NDSU, suggests that NDSU may be complicit in Omar’s suspected immigration fraud.

Ilhan Omar is a US Congresswoman and an Islamic immigrant from Somalia. NDSU has an obligation to release Omar’s records to the public so that other lawmakers, Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can hold her accountable in the court of law if it is found that she helped facilitate immigration fraud and student fraud in any capacity while attending NDSU. If deemed to be true, which the evidence listed above strongly suggests, Omar must be immediately removed from office and swiftly deported back to her home country of Somalia.

According to US Law, “Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.”

“The United States may deport foreign nationals who participate in criminal acts, are a threat to public safety, or violate their visa,“according to “Department of Homeland Security.”

Loomer has been investigating and reporting on jihadist candidates infiltrating the US government since 2015, however, many did not heed the early warnings, and now several Muslim women who support Sharia law, customs, and will not denounce violent Jihad, are in office as representatives of non-Muslim US citizens.

In August 2018, Loomer confronted Omar at one of her joint campaign events in Minnesota with Rashida Tliab and asked Omar why she married her brother and committed immigration fraud.

In November 2018, Loomer was permanently banned on Twitter for calling Omar “anti-Jewish”, something that even Democrat Speaker of the House has now publicly stated as well.
