Is The State Of Florida Going To Quietly Stand By As This Woman’s Life Hangs In The Balance As They Did With Terri Schiavo?

So far, I have written many reports and provided documentation of corruption both in the Lee County, Florida judicial system among its attorneys and judges, as well as Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno.  All of that corruption centers around one woman, Deanna Williams.  All of the documentation has been sent to Governor Ron DeSantis, Attorney General Ashley Moody, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, media outlets in Southwest Florida, and currently, the Florida Bar is taking a statement from Ms. Williams but that process seems unconcerned with her safety, especially in light of the fact that due to the stress of all the injustices she has suffered at the hands of the Lee County judicial system, attorneys and the sheriff, she gave birth to a stillborn child.  Are those in the state of Florida going to silently stand by as they did in the case of Terri Schiavo and sanction the death of this woman too?

First, in case you are completely unaware of the case of Terri Schiavo, the state of Florida sanctioned her murder through starvation despite the fact that her own parents were willing to care for her.  That came under the watchful eye of Governor Jeb Bush and President George W. Bush, both of whom were complicit in that murder, as well as all the silent Floridians who didn’t stand up for Ms. Schiavo.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

How is Deanna Williams’ case different?  Well, she probably is not going to be starved.  Nevertheless, the same entities that presided over the murder of Terri Schiavo are quietly not responding to the injustices she has face nor are they concerned with her safety in the least.

So, I’m going to state for the record just who will be held accountable should Ms. Williams meet an untimely death and the reason why this is such a deadly situation for her.

Governor Ron DeSantis

Governor DeSantis’ office has been phoned and emailed by The Washington Standard numerous times for comment on Sheriff Carmine Marceno and his propagating a fraud on the people of Lee County, as well as his documented lies on applications and failure to meet the Florida requirements to become a police officerHe is also aware of the injustices in the court system faced by Ms. Williams.  There hasn’t been one returned call or emailed comment, not one.

Attorney General Ashley Moody

AG Moody has received the same information we sent to Governor DeSantis and her office has failed to return a call or reply to numerous email asking for a comment.

FDLE

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has also received all of my reports on Carmine Marceno.  To date, I am waiting to receive several documents regarding his certification to compare with other records in my possession, but I have failed to receive a comment from FDLE as to why they did not investigate his ethics violations, which led to a grand theft complaint of $200,000 by Ms. Williams being dropped by his office.  They have continually chosen to not investigate Sheriff Marceno.

Southwest Florida Media

Outlets such as News-Press.com, Fox4, ABC2 and NBC7 have failed to do their duty and report the real issues in the Deanna Williams case.  They have also failed to report on the corruption in the judicial system and they have failed to expose the fraud of Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno.

The Flordia Bar

The Florida Bar has been dragging their feet in taking Ms. Williams’ complaint against two Florida attorneys, with at least one to two more to follow.  The corruption ties to the Florida Bar include setting Ms. Williams up with none other than Mike Fox as an investigator.  Mr. Fox is the husband of state attorney Amira Fox, who just happens to be best buddies with Sheriff Carmine Marceno.  That was not a coincidence, but I have more on that story in the next report.  She has requested a new investigator, but the process continues to drag along while no one takes seriously the gravity of the situation.

Sheriff Carmine Marceno

Sheriff Marceno unethically took advantage of a rape victim and victim of grand theft for his own desires, which resulted in him failing to pursue her criminal complaint against her attorney who stole $200,000.  FDLE whitewashed Marceno’s actions and decided they would not investigate.  He also begged Williams to murder their unborn baby, adding stress to an already difficult situation.  He is now charged with arresting her, something unheard of in a case involving mere attorney fees, and this puts her life in danger due to numerous conversations she overheard while in the car with Marceno of a criminal nature, as well as mob ties she alleges that Marceno claimed to her in order to try and make himself look important to her.  This is probably the most dangerous person to Ms. Williams at the moment.

Judge Jay B. Rosman

Judge Rosman ignored a higher court’s ruling and continued the case against Ms. Williams, distributed stolen funds from her and interjected a third party who had no interest nor rendered services for which the lawsuit was established.  This was a man busted with prostitutes while presiding over a case that was the result of a sex crime.

Judge James Shenko

The judge took over for Judge Rosman following Rosman’s arrest.  He seemed oblivious to the case, failed to accommodate the disability rights of Ms. Williams just as Judge Rosman failed to do, which are federal offensesHe ruled in favor of the plaintiff against Ms. Williams even sanctioning her for failing to be able to comply fully with the court due to her disability.  The court knew of her high-risk pregnancy and her MS, but disregarded that and eventually sought to arrest her.

Attorney Gloria Allred

Ms. Allred, her partner Nathan Goldberg and Florida attorney Jonathan Heller all promised in writing that they would take a bigger portion of Ms. Williams’ settlement in her rape case and pay her previous attorney fees.  They apparently did not do this, claiming the current lawsuit that has been going on since 2013 doesn’t have anything to do with them, but it was started by Williams’ previous attorneys claiming they weren’t paid.  More on that in the Scott Mager portion below.

Attorney G. Ware Cornell

Cornell was employed by Ms. Williams at a rate of $450 per hour with a $15,000 retainer for his services.  Yet, due to his malpractice, not only did he steal $200,000 for Ms. Williams and claim he had an “inherent” right to do so, but he promised the money to Scott Mager, the person he was to defend Ms. Williams against, Scott Mager of Mager Paruas.  Cornell also filed his appearance in the wrong case, her previous inactive rape case, and as a result, a judgment was entered against her in the matter.

Attorney Michael Chionopoulos

Attorney Chionopoulos, who was ousted by his peers as a judge in Oklahoma for unethical behavior, represented Ms. Williams after she fired Cornell and he engaged in malpractice by signing an agreement that he never read, which cost Ms. Williams another $200,000.  He filed a motion with the court, including an affidavit stating he made an “error,” but Chionopoulos was also in conversations with Scott Mager and never filed for a hearing to get that money back for Ms. Williams even though he continued to represent her for a few months after.

Attorney Scott Mager

In all of this, Scott Mager is the only attorney who has failed to return a call to The Washington Standard.  Yet, he knew Williams situation and he also knows that Williams is broke.  He is in possession of stolen funds from Ms. Williams that criminal Judge Jay B. Rosman distributed against a higher court’s ruling that there was no evidence for anyone to lay a hand on Ms. Williams assets.  Mager is the man who pushed for a write of bodily attachment, which is a fancy way of calling on the court to issue an arrest warrant for Ms. Williams for contempt of court, even though the court denied her assistance due to her disability with multiple sclerosis and a high-risk pregnancy and that Mager failed to schedule a deposition with her before the court’s deadline of March 27 of this year.  Williams contacted Mager over a dozen times with no response until a day before the deadline, only to be told they could set it up for April 17, nearly three weeks after the deadline.

I’ll add here that I have an email exchange between Mager and Chionopoulos that indicate there may be collusion between the two to use Ms. Williams to sue attorney Gloria Allred for a bigger cash prize.  Ms. Williams does not want to cooperate with such a man that has made her life a living Hell… and all for money for services he never rendered to her.  I would say there are even questions about him being involved in an ongoing case with no final judgment and him inserting himself into the case.

As a final note:  It would not surprise me to discover calls between Mager and Marceno concerning this matter.  That’s just my opinion, but given the level of corruption and the tentacles it possesses in Lee County, I think it is highly probable.

Ms. Williams’ life is in danger as she has yet to receive medical attention following her pregnancy.  It was threatened by the stress of the ongoing injustices against her, Scott Mager’s failure to set up a timely deposition while pushing the court to arrest her, and the actions of her attorneys as well as the sheriff of Lee County.

So, with that said, this is why Ms. Williams has a Go Fund Me page.  It is not to enrich herself.  It is simply to try and defend herself with an ethical attorney from out of the area.  In fact, I can’t state it any more seriously than to say that at this point, acquiring representation for her is a matter of life and death.

Is Florida going to stand by and watch this woman be abused even more?  and die?  I certainly hope not.

Here is Ms. Williams’s Go Fund Me Page.  She needs our help.  Will people do nothing but hope for the best and pray?  Do that, but then put your faith in action.

15If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, 16and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? 17So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder! 20Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless? -James 2:15-20
