The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people – Amendment Nine, Constitution for the united States of America.

The powers not delegated to the united States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people – Amendment Ten, Constitution for the united States of America.

Listen up law enforcement officers – city police, sheriffs and deputies, State troopers, and any other LEOs.  This is lesson number two for you.  Take heed.

Some individuals, including LEOs, seem to misconstrue the Bill of Rights or the first ten amendments to the Constitution for the united States of America.  Many believe, wrongly, that the addition of enumerated rights in the Bill of Rights are all the people have.  Rights, bestowed by God, are infinite compared to the “authority” given to any level of government.  Therefore, many overlook the Ninth Amendment, which declares there are other rights, not enumerated, that the people retain.

There are two rights the people have that government is infringing upon – the right of travel and movement; and, the right to work.  The perpetrator is the federal government and each individual State government.  Let me explain.

The President declared a “national emergency”, basically declaring the entire united States a disaster area, because of a virus akin to influenza, with a similar mortality rate.  This declaration by the President is unconstitutional because the Constitution does not enumerate the power to declare a national emergency to the president.  Any legislation passed that designates that power to the president is unconstitutional, considered a usurpation, and becomes null and void.  Because of this declaration and an unconstitutional “task force” consisting of unelected bureaucrats, measures to “combat” this virus have been recommended to the State governments.  These States then enacted these “measures” thereby infringing upon the people.

Governors decided to assume the power to determine businesses that were “essential” then declared those businesses were to be closed.  Government does not have jurisdiction over private businesses, which is covered as the “right to work” under the Ninth Amendment.  State governors issued “orders” to businesses arbitrarily determined to be “non-essential” to close or face consequences.  While government, unconstitutionally and arbitrarily, determined liquor stores and the baby murder mill of Planned Parenthood as “essential”, other service providers, such as dentists and veterinarian services, were deemed “non-essential”.  Government is assuming a power not authorized to it and using various law enforcement agencies to “force” businesses to close under threat of fine or imprisonment or both.  These executive orders hold no power without government reliance upon ignorant law enforcement officers to do the bidding of government.  Using the “force” of local law enforcement agencies to implement unconstitutional authority is totalitarianism and anathema to our founding.

Participating in these unconstitutional, unlawful, immoral, and unethical “orders” places each of you in the category of “brown shirt” Nazis, the SS Gestapo in Nazi Germany, the Red Army of the former Union of Socialist Soviet Republic, and the Chinese Army of Mao Tse Tung.  This is how history will remember you.

Simply put, the government has zero authority to eradicate an individual’s livelihood and the economy no matter the reason.  But, that is exactly what has been done.  Moreover, some governors, under “advisement” from the unelected bureaucrats appointed by Trump, are issuing “mandates” to the citizenry to wear masks in public, social distance six feet when in public, limiting groups of people to gather at 10 and businesses to 10 people in their establishment, etc.  These governors, then call upon you to enforce their totalitarian orders, which are not law.

Citizens have the right to choose whether they want to wear a mask in public or not.  Yet, citizens who refuse to wear a mask are assaulted by you, issued citations for fines and/or imprisonment.  By doing research on this new virus, some citizens have discovered the truth and refuse to buy the lies peddled by the lamestream government-controlled entertainment enemedia, an unelected bureaucrat, governors, and president alike.  No way will I wear a mask in public – there is no need for it.  Evidently, others feel the same way based on the truth about this virus – a truth government is hiding from the people to further an agenda.

Now, are you wearing a mask in public?  Are any of your family members wearing a mask in public?  Wouldn’t it stand to reason that a governor’s “order” to wear a mask pertain to you?  Whether you realize it or not, YOU are the individuals ushering in a totalitarian, despotic, tyrannical government by enacting violence upon the people by “enforcing” these unconstitutional, immoral, unethical orders.  Congratulations (eye roll).

The Tenth Amendment establishes State authority over all other powers not authorized to the federal government or prohibited by the Constitution for States to hold.  The question then becomes;  “Do governors or the State have the authority to enact quarantines”?  Technically, yes, however, the “quarantine” is only applicable to those who are infected with a serious contagion, not a form of influenza.  And, the people who are not infected should be able to conduct their normal business without constraint.  Individuals are perfectly capable of determining their own needs and deciding for themselves the actions they wish to take.  They don’t need government to do it for them.

The federal government has zero authority to instruct governors of the States to enact any Washington, DC, formulated “policy” falling under the authority of the State.  Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution guarantees to each State a republican form of government and supports the sovereignty of the States.  The central or federal government is formed to be subservient to the States and conduct business common to all the States in enumerated authority.

Why is State sovereignty so important?  If the central or federal government usurps its authority, the States and the people, as its creators, can nullify those pretend laws, holding the federal government in check.  Moreover, if one State or several States become tyrannical toward the people, the people can move to a State that is not, thereby holding the sovereign States accountable.  If enough people leave, the State would then be beholden to relinquish power to keep people there or attract others so it can stay in accordance with its neighboring States.

Over 100 years ago, the States were made subservient to the central or federal government during the War of Northern Aggression, aka the War to Enslave the States, aka the Civil War.  In the early 1900s, the central or federal government asserted more power over the States, increasing the servitude, through the private “Federal Reserve” creation and the doling out of money to the States, unconstitutionally – money paid to the federal government in the form of income tax.  Not only were the States getting money from the people for State government operation from taxes levied upon the people, the States began receiving tax money from the central government, paid by the people of all States, for certain “projects” or programs mandated the States to implement by the central government.

Are you getting the picture yet?  The States were made subservient to the federal government through war waged against them by the federal government and kept that way through bribery with taxpayer money.  It means that the States are no longer sovereign entities to reject the federal government’s unconstitutional usurpations when enacted, but a partner in enforcing the usurpation through the various law enforcement agencies in the States and allowing federal “law enforcement” to enter its territory upholding unconstitutional federal usurpations.  There are no more checks and balances at this point in time unless resistance by the people occurs and law enforcement refuses to follow unlawful orders.

Unconstitutional, immoral, unethical, unlawful “orders” have zero teeth without law enforcement, YOU, agreeing to enact “force” and violence against the people who engage in civil disobedience.  In other words, all levels of government depend on YOU to enforce their orders to violate the rights of the people.  When you do, you then become the enemy and part of the machination of tyranny.

You as law enforcement and/or military cannot complain about a target being painted on your back when you have done it to yourself.  When you cover for those in your ranks who commit crimes against citizens and use violence/force against the people to enforce tyrannical, unconstitutional, immoral, unethical and unlawful orders from government, you become an enemy of the people and a target.  If the laws are just and righteous, it is up to you to enforce those.  When you choose to enforce unjust and unrighteous laws, you have crossed the line.

Make no mistake – you have a choice.  It may not be one you like, but you do have one.  Lots of individuals are now without a job because of usurpations and trampling of rights.  Is being the long arm of a tyrannical government and inflicting unneeded violence upon the people for exercising their rights worth that paycheck to you?  Is violating your oath worth it to you?  Do you know what taking that oath means?  What is your peace of mind worth?  You, alone, can answer those questions.  But, you cannot say you don’t have a choice.  You either stand with the people in support of God-given rights or stand with tyrannical government who is infringing upon the people.  Be assured of this.  If you are violating the rights of the people, you can just about bet there is another law enforcement agency out to violate the rights of your family.

Hitler’s Nazi Germany’s brown shirts, Gestapo, and police force have become infamous in history as an example of tyranny, supporting a tyrant and despot for what – a few pieces of silver?  If you follow that inglorious example, history will be unkind, at best, to you.  Moreover, you will have to live with your conscience in the aftermath, as many who cooperated with the Nazis did.  Should you face justice for your transgressions of the people, the tired old adage of “I was doing what I was told” will not bear any weight, just as it was in the case of the Nazis.  Just because Nazi Germany legalized murder did not make it lawful.

It’s time to take stock of what you are doing and why you are doing it.  And, it’s long past time for you to know the meaning of your oath and honor it.  When you dishonor your oath, you are no better than the charlatan political hacks you have decided to serve, instead of serving the law.  You lose the respect of the people by being complicit in lawlessness; compromise your dignity when enacting force and violence upon innocent individuals only exercising their rights;  and, you lose all integrity by providing cover for criminals holding government positions.  One can’t help but wonder how many of you violate your oath to do the bidding of charlatan politicians then sit in the pews on Sunday giving lip service to God.

Time to repent and serve God, not the whims of man.  The people will know you by your fruits.  Remember, you cannot hide from God.
