Lindsey Graham’s “Circle of Death”

Instead of the carrot-and-stick approach, Trump may use the stick and stick approach.

The senator from South Carolina has taken an idea from the Zionist playbook. It’s called the “Circle of Death.” In Gaza, the Zionists use yellow lines. The lines are invisible and when hapless Palestinians—men, women, children—straggle across it, the IDF murders them. Graham wants the same in Iran. Draw an invisible circle around targeted “nuclear dust” areas. If an Iranian crosses into the circle, Lindsey wants to murder them.

“Draw a circle around where we know it’s at. Call it the circle of death. Anybody [who] goes inside the circle is going to die until we can find a way to deal with this,” said Graham. “The goal is to make sure they can’t retrieve it. They can’t make a dirty bomb. They can’t further enrich. Their enrichment capability has been obliterated at least for a couple years.”

Here’s a run-down by the Fox News stand-up comedian, Jesse Watters:

Meanwhile, a delusional Trump has issued yet another threat. “For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them… We really had the confines of a deal. No nuclear, they were going to give us the dust, nuclear dust, all the—everything we wanted.”

Congressman Derrick Van Orden, a retired Navy SEAL, modified the carrot-and-stick idiom. “There’s a carrot and stick approach that a lot of presidents have taken. Donald Trump is taking the stick and stick approach for these savages in Iran,” said the representative from Wisconsin. In other words, Trump’s motivational strategy is not reward or punishment; it is strictly punishment, apparently including murdering millions of Iranians.

On May 18, Trump said the US has its eye on purported “nuclear dust” sites.

“Space Force … has got cameras, nine different cameras in space on that site. We know everybody that moves there. We can read the name of a person. We can—if his name is Mohammed-something, and most of them are Mohammed, you can guess about 50% right, we can read his name right on his tag from space. It’s the most amazing thing. Anybody that goes near that space we have a tag. They haven’t done anything there. And, if they did, we would hit them very hard.”

Trump and Graham are using bluster in an attempt to intimidate Iran. The Islamic Republic has made it clear what needs to be done for the Strait of Hormuz to reopen and the war to end: sanctions lifted, reparations paid, and hands off its nuclear enrichment. Iran is party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), and under the terms of the agreement, 60% enrichment is not a violation. Israel is one of five countries not party to the NPT.

Trump has given Iran “another two to three days—perhaps until Friday or Saturday” to capitulate to Israel’s demands. Once again, Trump appears ready to manipulate the stock market on the weekend, as he has done several times now. Trump has “repeatedly made these kinds of announcements at times that seem geared towards the markets—regardless of how substantive and lasting the declarations themselves turned out to be.”

Trump is the Grifter-In-Chief shamelessly raking in billions for himself and his family. He has said he is not concerned that his war for Israel will raise prices and further erode the standard of living for millions of Americans.

If he follows up this time and destroys Iran’s civilian infrastructure, including power and desalination plants, the response from Iran will be catastrophic, not only for the GCC nations, Israel, and what remains of US bases in the region, but also for the world economy.
